I spent 64 days in hell. They were so understaffed they called in the National Guard. Although I some very nice PT, the rest sucked. The good ones were leaving. To those of you good and caring ones thank you. The food sucked. Hats off to the National Guard you were so kind.

In Rehab section, they will not work With you to solve problems. Sean in particular will not listen. Also, there is no Emergency call Bell, If an emergency arises, you have to wait your turn

My mother, Jody D., stayed here on several occasions. I highly recommend Cadia Rehabilitation (Rehoboth wing). They are proactive and compassionate. They work as a team cohesively. I observed my father's rehab in NJ which was a different experience (my Mom had to "hawk" the help there), so I know Cadia is special.

The last time I visited my loved one two weeks ago, his hair was greasy. One month before this when I visited, again his hair was greasy and he had dandruff on his clothing. He also needed a haircut and a shave. I think he gets to take a shower once every two weeks. On numerous Sundays when I visit, the bed has no sheets on it at 1pm, his adult diaper is completely full and his shorts are completely soaked. How long does a person sit in a diaper before it becomes massively large and full of urine? I'm guessing since 7pm on the previous evening. On one Sunday at 1pm after we rang his bell and no one came for over 20 minutes, I went to the nurse's station and asked for sheets so that I could make his bed so he could nap. One of the women said "you can't do it" but went into the closet and got sheets and put them on his bed. I get that people want to socialize but do your work also. I can't even count the number of times I have visited and he pushed his call bell because he needed to use the bathroom and no one came. This happens when it is not lunch time. After 15+ minutes we go to the nurses station to ask them to help him in the bathroom. Not answering call bells and letting people sit in their urine is I believe, quite common here. I wish we had kept him at home. Think twice before sending your loved ones here. I hesitate to write this review because I'm afraid they may treat my loved one poorly.

This facility is ideal for short term rehab, long term care and long term memory care! It is clean, odor free, and the halls are open (not cluttered or filled with equipment). The staff are knowledgeable and professional. There are two areas dedicated to rehab PLUS one of their two courtyards is allocated to the use of rehabilitation only! Highly recommend!

I cannot thank Cadia Renaissance enough for the exceptional care my mother received during her stay. After undergoing hip replacement surgery, she needed short-term rehabilitation to regain her strength and mobility. The team at Cadia Renaissance not only met but exceeded all our expectations. The physical therapy team was truly incredible! Through their expertise, encouragement, and dedication, they helped my mother regain her ability to walk again. They worked patiently with her every step of the way, tailoring her therapy to her needs and progress. Their motivation and support made all the difference in her recovery! Beyond the therapy, the entire staff”nurses, caregivers, and administrative personnel”treated my mother with kindness, respect, and compassion. The facility was clean, well-organized, and provided a comfortable, welcoming environment for healing. Thanks to the outstanding care at Cadia Renaissance, my mother is now back on her feet and regaining her independence! I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of short-term rehab. They truly change lives!

Great experience at this facility. I went in for a tour all the staff I encountered were very friendly and welcoming. The facility looked cleaned and smelled nice. The residents seemed happy and well taken care of!

What a great rehab the nurses,drs,aids,ot,pt,everyone there I got so great attention from everyone therapy was excellent would recommend this rehab to anyone who needs rehab. The food was good. The administration was very understanding and caring just excellent.

My most recent experience was with the over night staff. I traveled 4 hours to see my father. I work in the senior living industry and very well connected with SNFs this is probably the first one that I've ever entered that was immaculate! The staff was very welcoming. I can't say how the care is etc. But I can say they cared for my father while I was there. I had a excellent experience

I walked in with my walker and was told I could use the exit door ar the end of the unit (no emergency exit signs just an exit sign) the rude nurse then told me no one can ,the unit was empty and not close to being understaffed

My wife is in there now and nurses do a pretty decent job but she had to stay in a wet diaper and a wet sheet a night one of them bent her arm to far back and was a little nasty now she went home and a day later got Covid when she was there 1 person got it and then three days later seven days later when we got her out of that place do not take your family member there

My mother was a patient at cadia for rehab. She had a massive stoke a few weeks into her stay there and died a few days later at home with hospice. The place was clean and some of the staff were exceptionally helpful. But they lost her favorite blanket and it was never recovered for her before she died. It was taken to Laundry without her name on it and lost even though a sign inh her room said WE did her laundry at home. I'm very upset over this.as I got no help in trying to locate it for her. She had dementia and wasn't able to remember if she had it or not. I was not happy with the kitchen as her food was to be chopped before she ate it. Was told nurse was to do that on the floor but nothing was followed thru for her to help her eat a meal. She needed help and the only one to care it seemed was Ralph the speech therapist who checked on her and helped her eat. Most times she wouldn't eat because she had no help with cutting her food up and opening things for her. I'm not gonna say if I would refer anyone to this facility. It seems they don't have enough time to be there for the dementia patients. I went in all the time and found either no drink in her cup or it piss warm .she never rang the bell because she couldn't remember too. And nobody seem to check on her. I'm ranting on but we'd like her blanket that she loved so much to be found and given back. Her daughter Jodi j

We chose Renaissance Rehab for my husband after looking at reviews and talking with friends who were there or knew of someone that spent time there. Joe went to rehab on June 15 after 42 days in the hospital. He had a wound vac that needed nursing care and he desperately needed physical therapy. Thank you to all the therapy staff; you are amazing. He has been there two weeks and has improved enough to be coming home. There are good and not so good reviews about Renaissance and I can only speak from our experience. The staff at Renaissance is very good. However, some people always stand out. Two people did...Tracey S., the nurse supervisor, is amazing. I am blown away by what she can accomplish in a day and her nursing skills. She just has the kind of personality that gives you comfort and you feel like you are with a friend. That is rare. Also, a CNA Najae, was the most caring and considerate nursing assistant I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Based on our experience, I would recommend Renaissance to a friend or family member. I would recommend Renaissance rehab to a friend or family member in the future.

I was a resident at Cadia for almost 3 weeks. The nursing staff and the rehabilitation - physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy were excellent. The staff were very kind and had good attitudes that made me feel better. Rehab pushed me as hard as I could go, but not too hard. if I needed to go to a rehabilitation center again, I'd go back to Cadia.

I stayed here for almost two weeks in.2016 after a serious hospital stay. This place is awesome, the staff are so nice. The place is exceptionally clean. It's just a positive atmosphere.
