Came here for care and rehabilitation. Very poor care especially in the evening. Also seems to be a lack of communication and trust. Not once but twice they change my doctors appointments without telling me. Seems that can't accommodate patients for example was told that they weren't going to take me to my appointment because another patient was scheduled for a heart appointment around the same time. Saying that they were higher priority. More like that have more money. Now I have to wait till Monday to see my doctor and I don't trust them to follow through.

The staff at the Betsy Ross facility came through again! They got the activities room ready for my mom's party and helped her get ready! Being mobility impaired, I could never have done all this on my own. The Betsy Ross staff holds a special place in my heart!
