Very compassionate staff , the nurses are very accommodating, my mom is currently there and I go and visit her a few times a week and I must say I’m pleased with the cleanliness in the facility. Overall A+ !!!!!

My mother has been residing at the facility for a few days. Based on my observations so far, the experience has been somewhat better than some of the reviews I encountered prior to her move-in, though there are areas that could benefit from improvement. One positive observation is that the facility does not have the typical strong odor often associated with nursing homes, it still is there when you walk by some rooms but not the whole facility, which I appreciate. However, I have noticed that overall cleanliness could be improved. Upon my mother’s arrival, I chose to clean and disinfect her room myself. In my experience, it appears important to remain actively involved in a resident’s care. I visit my mother daily to monitor her well-being and ensure that any concerns are addressed promptly. A primary concern relates to response times after the call button is used. My mother reports that it can take approximately 20 minutes or more for staff to respond. While I understand that staffing shortages may contribute to this delay and I recognize the efforts of the staff, timely assistance remains an important aspect of resident care. Overall, my impression is that the staff are working diligently within the constraints they face , some have better attitudes than others. However, improvements in staffing levels and SOME of their attitudes, cleanliness, and response times would likely enhance the quality of care provided.

Reason why Im giving it 2 starts because they are deleting reviews it should be 0 starts nothing good to say about the environment , staff and management absolutely nothing . This place needs to get shut down. It is horrible in there. There are so many wounds in the long-term care department and they smell so bad because they have no staff and no wound care nurse. So much falls patients are bruised Because they have no staff and people don’t want to work for this company, this is what happens it leads to patients not being turned for hours and ending up with so many pressure injuries. Seeing that many wounds in the long-term department broke my heart. I just couldn't come back to that place, I couldn't do it.believe the reviews

Having my sister placed here after 34 hospital days and 3 surgeries was a wise choice for us. The staff is all about making the situational care the Best possible. Our expectations are being met and SEABREEZE is fulfilling a patient niche that we are now part of in my sister's long road to recovery. Thankyou for the warm caring staff that have chosen to humble themselves by giving great safe care to my sister who reads lips and is now partial hearing after 54 years. My husband had been at another rehabilitation facility that I didn’t feel he was safe. This facility is clean and doesn’t have the nursing home smell. They kept me updated when I wasn’t there. When he returned from the hospital with unsatisfactory care, the staff ordered blood work and got him on antibiotics. They care for the clients everyday needs as they should. My husband was cleaned up, dressed and his teeth brushed.

My mother transitioned from living with her caretaker to long term care at Sea Breeze around a month ago. She has, over the years, stayed at many of the local nursing homes/rehabilitation centers, and she likes this one most. She says all the time how nice everyone is. All of the staff here have been fantastic. You can tell they really care about their residents. Thank you to everyone for helping my mom regain her quality of life after being bed-bound for so many years.

This place is TOP NOTCH care! The Director of Nursing is very knowledgeable and very approachable. The staff that works here treats everyone as family. The administrator is extremely caring and welcoming. Highly recommend this facility.

I was at Sea Breeze today to see a friend i was greeted when i came in with a smile very helpful with the new technology at the entrance everyone i came in contact with greeted me with a smile!!! As i left i was lost..as usual and a kind gentleman could see that look on my face and directed to the front desk...where the lady sitting there greeted me with a smile!!! Keep up the great job!!! My mother-in-law’s stay at Sea Breeze Rehab & Nursing Center was a really good experience. There were many people who were instrumental in helping her get better “ and they were caring, knowledgeable and professional. They include the administration, nurses, CNAs and specialists who came by periodically to check on her. Even staff involved in cleaning, maintenance, and food tray delivery / pickup were positive and polite “ they really tried to make this her stay a little nicer “ and it worked. All the occupational and physical therapists worked personally with her to come up with a therapy plan that helped her get stronger and better.

My career allows me to visit a variety of skilled nursing facilities. I have had the pleasure of visiting and working with Seabreeze Rehab for several months. The building is always clean with several happy residents and staff greeting you throughout the hallways. The DON, Marquita, is always available to provide any help that is needed with the support of the amazing nursing and rehabilitation staff. The Social Services Director, Larnyss, shows care and concern for all residents and families while ensuring all needs are being met. It has truly been a pleasure working with and visiting Seabreeze Rehab.

I have a friend who is in Seabreeze past year or so. I am his health care proxy and power of attorney. He seems to enjoy it there. I visit him and a few other people there on Saturdays. I take donuts to all of them. I go outside with them during their smoking time They enjoy visiting, and there are several there who don't get visitors besides me. They like the food, and the nurses try to keep them all dry and clean. They call me every month to go over his care plan. They also call if he is sick or has any other problems. I say God bless those who take care of the elderly. I could not do that job. I am thankful he is in a good decent place. He was in a different one in 2020 and he hated it. They were not good. I came in for a tour and information for my love one to attend there. The young lady up front desk name Miss Meka was the best, not only was she helpfully,nice and well mannered, she also took it upon herself to give me a tour of the building when no one was available.
