As we all know, there isn't anything perfect in this world. Considering that nursing homes are understaffed, underpaid and over populated, this place is one of the best. All departments personnel from administration, business, doctors, nurses, social workers, food, security, laundry are outstanding; very professional and cooperative. At all times, I was kept informed on the progress or no progress on the health of my loved one. The place is very clean, cheery and has many activities for the residents to enjoy. Everyone is very nice, friendly and polite. Staff tries to do their best at all times. I recommend WCMC to anyone that is looking for a place for their loved one.

I have tried to call a couple of days and I pressed for the operator tell him what extension I want and it rings rings rings and I got hung up on a couple of times

I went there to visit my sister who broke her ankle and is unable to walk. A nurse showed me to the room and was friendly towards my sister and I. I enjoyed the visit and spoke to the nurse again on my way out.

I have my mother at work men's circle and the staff has been very very good with her needs.they also keep her very busy on a daily basis. They also keep the facility in great condition and very very clean.everyone is friendly from the time you walk in until u leave.they also keep you inform of everything of the resident. I am very happy that I pick work men's circle for my mother.

Came to.visit a friend/resident. Receptionist was very helpful in helping me fill.sign-in form and.directing me.to patient's room. Staff on the floor was very friendly and attentive to my friend's needs.

I love seeing the patients visit each other rolling on the elevator rolling down the hallway if the physical therapy doesn't help them get better with moving around the socializing will..my sister is in there for a short stay but in a short time she's feeling n doing much better with this knee replacement then her first one the environment made a big difference thank u for being more independent than dependent
