I approached the nurses desk to ask some very important medical questions regarding my special needs brother. I spoke with Belencia Wallace not knowing at the time she was the Director of Nursing. She stopped what she was doing and took the time to pull up my brother's chart and review and accurately answer every question I had. I could tell from her responses she had also spent time meeting with my brother. She relieved a lot of concerns between the instructions the hospital had sent and what was being done currently. I was very thankful she was so professional and helpful.

My father was in this facility for 3.5 weeks. The physical therapy here is amazing. They are so professional and they REALLY care. They did their best to motivate him and get him back on his feet. The case workers and top/head nurses are great. They care and are very responsive. But, I had to give only 3 stars because the facility is dirty, the food is mediocre and often served cold. The CNAs are not responsive. They do not tend to the patients basic needs in a timely fashion. They seem to be short-staffed. On weekends, there is no PT so any progress is lost. I chose this SNIF because my dad was able to have a private room as opposed to others in the area. It seemed better than our other options, and it still might be. With some focus on the weaker areas, I think this facility could be top notch.

We were very pleased with the care and attention the staff gave to my father. They were very compassionate, attentive, responsive and reliable. My Dad grew close with the staff and was content and happy being there. Shoutout to some staff members that went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Thank you Cristina, Erica, Maria, Sally, Sam, and Sheshe!!! You made a huge difference in our lives and helped put my mind at ease when I couldn't be there with him. I knew he was in good hands. The only thing that needs attention is the quality of food. I felt compelled to bring my father meals from outside almost daily. I would highly recommend sending your loved one here.

The Woodlands Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was a very good experience for my wife and I. The staff took exceptional care for my wife after she was there for a broken hip. The entire staff were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and responded quickly and professionally when she needed extra assistance. I would like to personally thank Che Che, Pam, and nurses Christina, Erica and the evening shift nurse for their excellent service and support. If you're looking for excellent service and care, I strongly suggest you consider The Woodlands Nursing and Rehab Center. They're one of the best. Thank you guys! Lee and Pat

The Woodlands Nursing and Rehab facility was highly recommended to me by a dear friend who works in healthcare. I am extremely happy and satisfied with bringing my brother here from another nursing home from out of state. Out-of-state transfers are very tedious and stressful. It became overwhelming and at times I thought impossible. The admin team - Lisa, Nicole, Maria and Kay (and I am sure there were others) went above and beyond to help me thru the process. My family and I can't thank them enough. Thank you! From the moment I first visited the facility for a tour, I was impressed. The facility was extremely clean, everyone was professional and very caring. I felt very welcomed by the receptionist. First impression is very important to me. The residents looked happy and the staff was very engaging with them, all the time treating them with care. Priceless. Even though we arrived on a Friday evening straight from the airport, the clinical team was awaiting our arrival with the most sincerity. We were greeted by name and smiles. Again, I encountered a very clean facility with a friendly and caring team. The onboarding nurse, Nurse Michael and the entire team, took the time to answer all our questions, took the time to engage with my brother and we never once felt rushed. When you visit your love one and he says to you "I like it here, why you ain't been bring me here?", we knew we made the right choice .

Miss Belelbciq Wallace The Director of nursing is awesome. She takes care of the patient as well as the employees here:?? I am so thankful that my family brought me here.,, she cares for you just like you are family. She remembers your name and anything that you need. Mouse individuals with this title would not do what she does.

My Mother is a temporary Resident/Patient. I visited her today. I check every area of her room (and body) with each visit. Today I observed actual feces on her shower floor. This is absolutely unsanitary, unhealthy, and disgusting. My initial report fell on deaf ears. I was told someone would come and no one did. The second time I reported it, I had to be a slightly aggressive in order for action to take place immediately. Not happy with some of the lackluster personalities, but I'm extremely pleased with the Physical Therapy Department. Their reputations speak for themselves!

I broke three bones in my left ankle and I've been having physical therapy (PT) and occupational therapy for over six weeks. The PT technicians here at The Woodlands Rehabilitation Center were always a joy to work with. The exercises they had me doing targeted my left ankle focusing on building strength and balance. I recommend the technicians here at the physical therapy department.

After all said and done, I was cared for when I needed caring. Place was clean. The rehab was very good. A better attitude for some employees would help. Need better communication skills and documentation of paperwork. Food not that bad. I have had worse. again
