I would stay far away from this place. My family member got worse and deteriorated so fast here. She went to Our Lady’s for rehab after a hospital stay and was there for 3 months and did not get anywhere near her level of mobility prior to coming there. She was able to walk with a walker and get around herself before going and now can’t. They kept her in a diaper the whole time knowing that at home she was able to get to the bathroom on her own. She’s had multiple UTIs (5 to be exact) during her stay from them not changing her frequently and using appropriate peri care. She’s gotten bed sores from them as well. This facility only cares about money and does not take the time to actually care for the patients. The food is also a major complaint due to the fact that they give you a menu for the week and ask to fill it out to your specific liking but it never gets followed by the kitchen anyways. She has gotten the wrong diet order and even the wrong tray before. I would have given this facility 1 star but I gave 2 because the rehab team was good but they could have been better at transfers and activities of daily living for her. They never used a walker to get her from the bed to chair or chair to bed, they just picked her up to mover her, which was not benefitting her at all. You will loose your ability to do anything yourself when other people start doing it for you, and this place definitely did that to her. If they would of gave the opportunity for her to do it from the beginning, she would be back at her level of function by now but since they waited so long to try, she lost everything that she once could do herself.

From start to finish I was pleased with how easy the check in was to the pleasantness of the front desk receptionist. I had a few questions and they were answer with care. As I talked with my dad he seem to be happy with the decision that he made to be at Our Lady..so if he's happy were happy.

This is a very easy assessment for me to give.My time at Our Lady’s Center in Pleasantville has turned an extremely painful and traumatic experience into one full of gratitude and appreciation. The staff at their Physical and Occupational department are excellent! The kindness, compassion, gentleness and genuine concern especially from therapists Patty, Mary and Stephanie have my deepest love and appreciation. Because of their professionalism and dedication I have made leaps and bounds in progress with mobility and function. I had a n horrific fall which resulted in a complete reverse shoulder replacement. It took deep trust and team work with each of them which motivated me completely. I am near the end of in house treatment and am looking forward to returning home a regaining an healthy and independent life once more. I highly recommend this facility and would give it my whole hearted 5 star rating! Bravo to my very special therapists team! Each of you has a special place in my heart! Our grandmother was at Our Ladies Center for rehabilitation. Our entire experience was excellent. The nursing staff, PT staff, social services, administration and facilities staff were all fantastic to work with every day. Their care practices are impeccable and thorough. The compassion and enthusiasm are evident in every step of the care and rehabilitation processes. We felt we could work as a team alongside this great group.of professionals for a good outcome. The outcome of our grandmother's rehab was a complete success. It is very important for the family to be part of the entire rehab experience to support your loved one for the best outcome. We will be back with our Mom for joint replacement rehabilitation soon. Thank you Our Ladies Center for helping our grandmother Marie Hansberry.

My 85 year old cousin has been in this Rehab for almost 3 weeks.the staff from every department shows smiles, caring, and compassion to everyone. The Housekeeping Department does an excellent job.The food service is very appealing, Therapy and Social Services (my past career of 30+ years) is very helpful.I know I’m missing other dedicated staff, but Our Lady Rehab is awesomeGod Bless You All for what you do ™°

Many friends told me horror stories about many short term rehabilitation centers. So it goes without saying that I was concerned when I had to choose one for my Dad who was hospitalized for 11 days. One of my friends did recommend Our Lady’s Center. My dad has been there for about 3 weeks now. He has a private room and almost all of the staff are caring and friendly. The therapists and nurses have been wonderful! The food is above average as well. I am extremely happy with the care my dad is receiving. Hopefully he will get strong enough to come home soon!

The best Nurses Aide in the world is Ms Daisy Coleman. she was wonderful. She and Nurse Keisha made sure that I felt safe and comfortable. They were the bright spot of my stay. The food was the worst, cold and not edible.

Our Lady's Rehab is a wonderful experience. Upon arriving Tiffany greeted us with so much compassion and caring that she made an otherwise stressful situation easy to bear. And then, Elizabeth helped during his stay and upon his release with so many important directives which made his switch to home hospice an easier experience. From teaching me ways to change his bed pads to getting him in bed and so much more. The staff were all so patient, friendly, and caring it's difficult to explain the many ways our stay, and our transfer to home hospice was made bearable and copeable. I don't have enough words to say thank you and only God can bless all the staff and Our Lady's Rehab for their professionalism and most of all their caring ways. And in final praise, the food was excellent and fresh, wth a different and healthy menu daily . But most importantly, last but far from least important...that's the beautiful chapel where you are free to pray or attend Mass making this rehab experience a true gift from God. Again, our sincerest thank you to the whole staff and Our Lady's Center for Rehabilitation for being there to help.

Our Lady's have come a very long way since the early 80's. I love the reception area, a complete change. The rooms are bright and visually pleasing to visit. I will really impressed with what I seen. I would recommend the faculty to friends who are in the need of a rehabilitation center. Or long term care. Our Lady's Residence has come a long way. It's a good thing!

For it being my first time at the facility, the receptionist helped me by giving me the rooms I had to visit. She gave me accurate directions in a timely manner. One resident I was visiting wasn’t in her room and the nursing staff found her and brought her to me for me to do my job. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Great staff!

Our visit was pleasant. We were visiting our 96 yr old aunt. The staff were polite and professional. During my visit, seated in an unfamiliar room, accompanied by friends and family we were a little loud. A staff walked over to the group, politely informed the group we were a little loud and to tone it down.

I was a patient here and when I first got there I didn't wanna be here but as the time went by Ms Keisha and Ms daisy was the best and all so Ms Sandra they took care of me made feel comfortable and welcome they attended me with the best care always checked in on me I appreciate them they made my stay easier because what ever I needed there there i use to be upset when they had they days off and when they came back I was happy because they new everything I needed and I didn't have to explain myself and all so every body in the therapy room where the best very professional and great to talk to they treat you like a friend or a family member thank you all for the best care

My grandmother was recently in this facility. The staff from receptionist to nurses to aids to ALL support staff were so kind. I was always greeted with a smile . Tiffany was my grandmothers aid on many occasions. The staff has been so nice! Very accommodating making sure needs are met. Christina is always ready to answer any questions and to pass on questions and requests that we have for our doctors. She is very patient and gives you her full attention. Most of the aids and nurses are very kind and helpful. I was truly incapacitated due to an injury. I knew I would be at the rehab facility for a while. The care I received was amazing from the nursing staff, the aids, the doctors and the physical therapists. No stone was left unturned in aiding to my recovery. The most endearing quality was the positive attitude of all four sections.
