We had a wonderful visit, totally private, easy to sit with our loved one. In the afternoon, the residents that wanted to go were treated to music and a singing couple, very nicely done. The residents liked it. Very nice!

My uncle went straight from the hospital to this facility and was in pretty bad shape initially. Needing urgent and extensive medical treatment. Thanks to all the staff at this facility specifically Shawn, the Dr.s & nurses my uncle is expected to make a full recovery. When he arrived at this facility he was unable to walk and is now walking almost without any Assistance. He was treated with top of the line care . I highly recommend this facility. Thanks again to all of the Dr.’s & staff at this facility from the Hocutt family.

I found this establishment very good. Every one there honestly tried to make your stay comfortable except one. She knows whom I'm speaking of and I let management know who she is it's funny that I was told about her the first day I came here. I would stay longer except for her.

I hate to give 2 star reviews, but this place is not good at all. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because there were a few incredible staff who truly cared about me and did everything to have my needs met within their limits, and I will never forget them! Just one example of poor treatment - 2 nights before I was discharged, my expensive Fendi eyeglasses where stolen from my room. The head staff refused to check the cameras in the hallways and take ownership and replace my eyeglasses. I had hints to who it may have been that stole them but the staff refused to confront the person. My private insurance paid 3k a night for my stay while 99% of the patients where on government insurance and they got maybe 1k a night for them. Not to say that everyone doesn't deserve to be treated equal... but they could afford to replace my stolen glasses. Also the therapy was horrible. Thank God I got to see what a normal subacute rehab looks like after going to a better place in Lakewood when I had another relapse. My advice to anyone reading this who is looking to go here or send a loved one here... look before you leap.

I recently visited FountainView and i was impressed. The facility was clean, quiet and restful. The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. They helped me find my friend who was busy with activities at the time. I stayed in the background watching her laughing and playing with her new friends. I was impressed because i never saw her happy after she got sick. She looked twenty years younger. Kerp up the good work!

I cannot THANK the administrator, Yeshaya Seeve, for ALL of his help and concern for my family member that spent 8 months at Fountain View. Yeshaya was ALWAYS available to help! He takes much pride in his very important position at the facility, and has the utmost, genuine concern for all the residents. Yeshaya was very kind to me , as a care giver, and my appreciation for him cannot be expressed in words. You are in great hands with Yeshaya in charge!!

My wife broke her femur and was a patient at Fountain View Care Center for two months from the end of July until the last week in September, 2024. The staff at Fountain View was extremely helpful not only in terms of conducting physical and occupational therapy but also in numerous other ways that made her stay more comfortable and productive. Many of the “small” things were “not so small” to us. First, Shia Seeve, the administer, provided me with extensive access so I was able to offer her consistent encouragement. Often when I was there, my wife and I received special kosher meals from local restaurants. On Fridays, challos, grape juice and electric Shabbos candles were provided. When I came in to read “Aicho” on Tisha b’Av eve, Shia Seeve personally delivered hard boiled eggs and ashes for the seuda hamafsekes. His extremely gracious warm demeanor and generous attitude was reflected in our numerous interactions during the period of her convalescence. It was also a hallmark of the excellent care and concern we received from the entire staff. Among this excellent group of professionals, the nurse Angie and aide Alicea stood out for their extreme friendliness in numerous and varied situations. From what I have observed I am confident that every patient at Fountain View receives this high level of care.

My wife was in Fairview Rehabilitation for more than 3 months. I have no words to express our thanks and appreciation, to the nurses and their staff, they were very attentive and helpful to her care. The activity director Mr David, made sure she attended and participated in almost all activities. The management staff made her feel at home.

My sister-in-law has been at Fountainview for over a year and has received excellent care. The staff is well trained and caring and does a good job. The Administrator is always available to answer questions and assist with any issues that occasionally occur with her care. Highly recommend Fountainview Care Center.

My husband, Joseph, was recently in this facility for 60 days. I cannot tell you the excellent care he got from all the staff members. The facility was spotless, cheerful and all the around best place he could have been. He went in with a major complication on his foot they required extra care, and he was well taken care of. I would like to point out that everyone was remarkable, but I need to give a few a little bit of a boost Johnny, who is an aid, took fantastic care of my husband. He called him Pops and made my husband feel so comfortable. Takola was Wonderful in arranging transportation for him to be brought to the wound center and everything went smoothly. She was definitely on top of everything and if you needed anything she was always there. Want to point out that there were two wonderful RNs there one was Barbara and one was Angie they were informative kept me in the loop and was just all around knowledgeable and my husbands healthcare. I will stop by to see them all and thank them in person. I cannot say enough about the place and would highly recommend it to anyone. I recently had back surgery, but did not have to do rehab. If I did that is one place I would’ve gone my husband was in trouble when he went there with his foot because he was not taken care of at a former rehab, and he almost had to have his leg amputated because of their negligence, the director administrator of Fountainview was wonderful too. Always pleasant and helpful. I give you people a lot of credit. Keep up the good work. God bless you all. See you soon. Will stop in to say hi.

I can finally post this review after 8 months. My mom spent her final 2 months here (less a week or two at the hospital). I could not have asked for better care for her. She went there originally as a rehab patient but dementia kicked in high gear shutting down her feeling of hunger. For six weeks she ate basically nothing, just sips of liquids here and there. Until the end she was happy. She was well cared for, always clean and her needs tended to. She was never ignored. Eight weeks in a bed and not one bedsore. The staff not only cared for her; they helped get me through a rough time and were the best. If I had a request, the staff did their best to help. Although she was not home, her final days were peaceful and without angst. The wing was quiet and she never complained. I’m very thankful I chose this facility for her.

My friend has been there for a week and has made a remarkable improvement in her ability to walk, she thinks the world of the physical therapist that I believe her name is Mel and she would recommend this place to friends and family if they ever needed to be there. If I would ever need physical therapy I would take myself there too. The staff is amazing.

I have a friend residing at FountainView since shortly before the onset of covid. Everything he has told me about the staff & place is positive. I began visiting him during that terribly difficult covid time - needing appointments to go in, masks, temperatures taken, and so on. Everyone was excellent and patient through it all. Now I take weekly Christian ministry to the residents. I'm getting to know more of the staff. Everyone I've met is top notch! They're professional, kind, they know the residents by name. And the residents I've met are great, too! They seem happy, content, and even like the food. All this speaks volumes. God bless everyone at FountainView.

I RECENTLY WAS AT FOUNTAINVIEW REHAB FACILITY , I HAD TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT. MY FIRST TWO DAYS WERE ROUGH I WAS READY TO CHECK OUT , AS I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY THINGS WERE GOING. BUT I MUST SAY THE STAFF REALLY TURNED THINGS AROUND FOR THE BETTER , AS EVERYONE WAS SO KIND AND ACCOMMODATING I WOULD LIKE TO THANK AND GIVE KUDOS TO A FEW PEOPLE THAT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR DUTIES TO MAKE MY STAY THAT MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE. - NANCY FROM PT -ELIZARDO NURSE WAS AWESOME - ROSEALITA AID WAS VERY NICE - CASSIDY PT WAS GREAT AND CHRISTINE , SHE WAS ONE OF THE AIDS AND I MUST SAY SHE WAS AMAZING I NEVER HAD TO ASK FOR ANYTHING AS SHE WAS ALWAYS 2 STEPS AHEAD ALW AYS HAD COLD WATER , LEFT ME TOWELS FOR THE AM AND SO MUCH MORE. The care I see these nurses and CNA's give is above and beyond. I have even witnessed dietary and housekeeping go out of there way to assist these residents. And the patience and love given of the activities department...those are some special ladies. I go to visit my aunt every week and it is always clean and smells clean as soon as you walk in the door. Nothing is ever perfection but I rest easy every night knowing my family member is treated as theirs! Thank you Fountainview...my aunt thanks you too.
