There have been obvious changes in the past few years. The unit manager has been diligent with my dad's medical care and with communicating with me. The activities coordinator goes above and beyond to keep dad engaged. Today, I left the facility upset as Dad declines.....got a hug from Jane. I'm thankful for the extra effort.
