Karen DeWeese was a dynamo when we toured the Windsor Pointe property the other day. She made time for us last minute and provided everything we needed to know. Her heart and soul are invested in this wonderful place and in its people. The facility is gorgeous/like new, there is so much to do, the units felt spacious and clean. Numerous options and scenarios. All the boxes are checked and I know my parents will be thrilled with this community and the peace of mind it will bring for all of us. Windsor Pointe is wonderful because of its people. From the staff to the residents. Karen DeWeese gave us a spontaneous tour and it could not have been staged any better. The residents were all friendly, happy, and incredibly inviting. Karen was super knowledgeable. And there wasn't one person who didn't know each other's name. You can tell that she really does love her job.

We recently toured Windsor Pointe for my folks as they look for a retirement community. The facility is very nice with excellent amenities and activities, nicely appointed and well-maintained common areas, and the whole place is sparkling clean. The sales director, Karen, was extremely knowledgeable about the living community, as well as the retirement age community in general. She was informative, thorough, and took time to answer all of our questions. We were very impressed overall and Windsor Pointe is at the top of the list of potential new homes for my parents.
