Ruth is incredible to work with. She is very responsive and she goes above and beyond for her residents. Late on a Friday night, Ruth went the extra mile to help a patient find a home when no other options were available. Thank you to their whole team for pulling it off.

My father lasted a year here before he fell and passed away the next day from his fall. Mother lasted 7 more years there. The nurse at the time was wonderful and one thing about this place is that they don't like surprise visits as it constantly kept them on their toes...which is the way it should be....would I recommend this place only if you have the time to go and visit the people you put there....

When my mom stayed here, she gained a lot of weight. Check out The End of Alzheimer's by neurologist Dale Bredesen, or watch interviews with Hal Cranmer who helps people with Alzheimer's in his care homes. Feeding people a bunch of desserts is not helpful for Alzheimer's.

Sandstone holladay is awesome. The food there is absolutely fantastic. Kitchen boss Jimmy is so awesome and wonderful to work with. I have definitely enjoyed my experience

I'm sooo disappointed in this place !! I thought it was going to be a wonderful place for my dad being with other dementia patients. But my dad is left wet and his mattress is socking wet to the point it has urine dripping. Some of the staff are amazing and some could care less , please don't make the mistake I made... Iam driving 40 minutes to see my dad in these horrible conditions.

First impression might be that the building is older, but don’t let that discourage you. It’s the people that make this place great. The staff here is nothing short of amazing. My mom is currently spending her final days in the dementia unit and she requires a lot of extra attention. The staff does an incredible job going the extra mile for her. I tear up just thinking about the things I have witnessed, that they have done for her or others in that wing. They become family for those residents. Their job is incredibly difficult and they do such a good job with all of it. Special shout out to these incredible people: Shawna, Robyn, Mira, Elena, Fernando, Maddy, Tillie, Char and Susan at the front desk. So many more incredible employees and I wish I could name them all!

The Willow Wood staff was so great in caring for my step-father. The staff is truly top notch...it is so impressive that their staff on the Memory Care unit have been there as long as they have - this says a lot! The back-yard was a really nice area to be able to go and visit. The inside aesthetics could be a bit better though.

There's no place like home! Willow Wood Care Center is a short-term and long-term care center, with a specialized secure memory care section. It is the closest place to 'Ma and 'Pa's you will find in care centers. What makes Willow Wood great is the perfect combination of home and family. Nestled in a developed area, at the entrance of a gated community, Willow Wood is one of the only care centers in the valley tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please come visit us so we can show you why this place is "home".

Very good facility, it looks little old but aids and CNA are very helpful, every facilities have their pros and cons, this place has some residents in dementia unit which are very hard to take care of but amazingly they try their best to take care of them, i have worked as PT in many SNF but liked this as they take very good care of residents, Sometimes they have problems with staffing but to be honest evry facility has the same problems so far! All that matters is personal attention that residents get!

We are so grateful for the wonderful care and love that they staff of Willow wood gave to our father. We wished that we would have found them sooner. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I highly recommend your meeting Nia and the other care givers at Willow wood.

Very nice Receptionist! The person in care of Admission didn't get to meet her but talked to her and she was very nice also. Overall the place needs a little more life, a bit gloomy and needs some remodeling. Everyone that worked there seem very friendly.
