Hello. My names Susan. I've been resident at this company 11years. 2 at magnolia n 9 at westminster plaza. It's a lovely Sr independent low income facility. Have lots to offer in bldg exercise room rec room where many things go on like lunches games meetings party's n much more. Great place to mk friends n not feel lonely. U can't beat the price for downtown area. Close to Publix restaurants library bars shopping n of course most of its within 3 to 5 blocks. And lake eola 3 blocks down which has lots going on too n Dr Phillips n many more a r eas to entertain yourselves the apartments are newly remodeled n so is the building n much more to come. I've been happy here as I've no car n city busses are at bldg plus free transportation to various stores pick up up rt out front n another out bk of bldg. So u can shop few hours n get rides bk to the bldg 5days a week. Come join us. Staff is friendly. Mgr is accommodating. What's not to like. Come ck it out. N see for yourself. We have everything u will need to mk your stay here comfy. Ty westminster n all your staff for being so helpful n caring.

Perfect location, with everything you could possibly need at a walking distance right in the heart of DTO. Nice & peaceful area/neighborhood. Very comfy apt space at a reasonable price, with light, water, cable & Wi-Fi included. Yes, cable it’s a DIY connection, just a call away & they’ll walk you through, fast, easy & simple. Lots of activities for seniors. Lo mejor de dos mundos! Great staff, and maintenance is awesome. Wish I could move back one day. Special thanks to Stacy, Michelle, Marina, Ramon, and Obie. Its a senior apt building that goes by income. The only drawback was its a no smoking facility. Not good for our needs

A very caring and hospitable organization with attention give to seniors on limited income. The rooms are accommodating and accessible. Amenities include exercise room, recreation room with planned activities, a three-block walk to the downtown Publix, off street parking, and a laundry room on every floor with extra large capacity machines. The app is very easy to use and each load (wash/dry) is $1.50 each. I am pleased to have a relative here and am assured that she will continue to flourish here.

Building is very well maintained, the staff are awesome, I’m very happy for my Mother she could not have moved to a better place, the staff and the tenants treat her so well that I can’t ask for more for her. I’m so grateful to God for putting her here. Thank you everyone!

Treated very well by my peer's. The staff is very great and personable. And there when you need an answer. All my maintenance, very few, are taken care with in a week or two when they are not emergencies. Emergencies with in a day. A safe and comfortable place to live. The comforts here and the activities are superb. There is a Pastor on staff, with Bible studies each Thursday, every week. I love living here, at WestMinister Plaza, and I know you will too. A lovely place to live for seniors in the downtown Orlando area. There is a strong waiting list of about a year but sometimes Apartments become available sooner. They have a lot of nice activities with chaperones.
