My grandfather lived here for around 15 years at Hawthorn Ridge. Overall, it was a good experience but before he passed the staff tried to get him to sign away his deposit. I assume that when they know someone is about to go, they make an effort to keep the VERY LARGE sum of money. Its upsetting they take advantage of the elderly. Warmhearth would have received 5 stars if this didn't happen...

I went here for a Christmas luncheon that my work had for all employees of Montgomery County. Wow!! Walking up to go into the building outside was very clean the landscape was all taken care of and put together well. I had never been inside any building at Warm Hearth and when I went into the Visitor building/Cafe building where our luncheon was being held I was blown away. This was such a beautiful building outside and inside. Everything was set up nice at the cafe the prices at the cafe were very affordable. The room our luncheon was held in had a lot of big windows where you could eat and look out at all of nature, which is a big plus for me. The ceiling had big wooden beams all over, the room was very spacious, there is a stage which my work used to do gift giveaways the sound from the speaker system was great. It didn't screech in your ears from being to loud and it wasn't low where you couldn't hear what was being said. The employees kept on top of things like refilling our water/tea taking our plates when we were finished. The whole set up was nice. Glass pitchers with our tea and water our silverware was wrapped up nicely in a real napkin. The food was set up at the back of the room and all set up nice and all of us could go up table by table to get our food and go back and sit at our table without it being a train wreck where we were all running into one another etc. I would 100% recommend this place for any type of luncheon/dinner for any occasion whether it is for a company or for something not work related. Also, the cafe I mentioned that Warm Hearth has is open for anyone to stop and grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee . You can sit there and enjoy or take it with you, you can also call and order then stop in and pick it up. The prices are very affordable too.

I wouldn't move from here if you paid me! What's not to love? We are surrounded by nature, great neighbors and a knowledgeable, talented, friendly, staff, and excellent opportunities for growth and socialization. Warm Hearth offers what you want, be it peace and tranquility or stimulation. My husband and I feel blessed to be here!

Their one bedroom apartments w/out a balcony are super tiny. The heater/air conditioning unit looked about 30 yrs old. Was told that some apartments are being renovated with new paint and HVAC units. I could smell a musty mold in one of their community rooms. Glad I didn't move there.

This is an amazing facility! It is an adult fitness center focusing in 55 and older with the Rock Steady Boxing program; which is specifically designed for Parkinson's. Super clean with a fantastic staff. Cute little cafe that is open until 2pm.

I had a great time there seeing the comraderie of the residents and staff while drawing caricatures at a gig. You can't fake the genuine warm attention the staff was providing not only the residents, but the guests and contracted vendor like me! I'm always grateful when they offer the starving artist a plate of (great food) and make me take a break. Often I'm overlooked, so it makes me believe they nurture a culture of attentive service.

I can’t speak on behalf of the retirement facility portion, but I come here weekly for business meetings and their facility is very nice. It had a really warm homey feeling. The staff is helpful and friendly. Couldn’t be happier for the purposes of my visits.
