Beautiful, spacious quiet complex in Village of Highland NY

Our move to Vineyard Commons in 2024 was a great decision. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The buildings are very well maintained. The office staff is extremely kind and helpful and the maintenance team is incredible. The ammenities are varied and available. Alot of nice extras. It's a friendly and caring community. You get what you pay for. There is only ONE problem I have, and it has been ongoing FOR TWO YEARS without resolution. It is an overgrown stand of trees which making visibilty from all my apartment windows almost non- existant. I am once again hoping for a resolution with the property manager and hopefully the new owners. Prehaps this review will make an impact. My satisfaction matters to them, so we'll see.

I couldn't be happier. The entire process from touring the complex to moving in was 10 out of 10...you won't regret moving here!

Vineyard Commons is one of the best 55+ communications in this part of the NY Hudson Valley. Office management personnel are pleasant, courteous and responsive to our needs. Vineyard Commons is a gorgeous property that's well maintained and the ladies in the office are sweet as pie. I'd recommend these apartments to anyone looking to move to a luxury active adult rental community!
