My husband and I were fortunate to find this place. We had been looking for an apartment or a senior living home for 8 months. We had to fill out many forms to put us on a Waiting List and no idea when we would be able to move in. We found this home advertised online for sale by owner in a real estate listing. Usually by the time a senior living place is listed, it is sold already. We were going to rent but this apartment was for sale and we found were able to afford it. We are very happy here and have everything we need to live a good life. There is also a Home Health Care facility on site.

My father moved here after my mom passed away. He truly was enjoying his decision. He can eat in their dining room or cook for himself...jump forward 3 yrs and my father was not impressed with a new director...this place is for people over 55 who show no signs of cognitive failure..once that begins, my suggestion is to find an assisted living arrangement. The Village Green is a beautifully well kept place with large 2bd/2bath condos. I just believe the monthly fees are way out of wack for the average retiree, even though they include electric,water and basic cable along with the usual cost of condo living.

Will and I highly recommend living at Village Green of East Dundee! We have lived here almost 3 months and we love it! It is affordable for us and everyone is so helpful and friendly! We have everything we need to help us enjoy our senior years. There are many amenities and events constantly going on. Our 1 bed, 1 bath apartment has plenty of room because the rooms are large. We are happy and grateful to be living here. I could go on and on but I would need a lot more space!

Went here looking for a place for my boyfriend's mother. VERY EXPENSIVE!!! 900$ a month just for the association fees. That doesn't include the rent or mortgage. Don't get me wrong it's beautiful and has some great amenities but you have to be rich to live here.

What a GREAT place! People living here and all the amenities are amazing. Very well kept building! The only down side is the front desk personal being a very rude. You would expect a very inviting atmosphere, instead the front desk people make you feel like entering from another door.
