Great place for your loved ones to live. Clean facility with great staff. It is for both elderly and disabled folks. There is a wait list so make sure to get an application and get it filled out and turned in so that you or your loved one gets on the list. They do all kinds of activities and have an on site care coordinator to help with your needs

They've put in a really good effort toward improvement, overall. They just went from a 3 to a 4 star reviewee. (Sorry; my own word there.. ) My buddy lives there, and from a non-particon/participant perspective, that issue was what stood out to me each of my many visits. Cudos to Management.

Honestly, beyond the vagrants and junkies of the area and neighboring apartments, it's not a bad place to live all in all. As long as you keep a clean living space, diligently taking steps to avoid reach infestations or bed bugs.(<which is apparently the current problem there)

Current management is doing their best! Definitely need more maintenance help around here ”, cockroaches are a issue due to other people ™ not keeping their apartments clean! The other tenants that I have met since I have lived here are awesome! I am disabled and even though several others are in the same boat as me, they help me as best they can!

Friendly people everywhere, no vending machine tweaker thieves robbing with battle axes, hourly reminders from my upstairs neighbor to stay awake. Mysterious powders and odors to explore with caution. What more could one ask for? I hope I live here till I die and am not found for a week. 🙂

It's alright for the disabled and they have both stairs and elevator my xhusband likes living there. I rather have an apartment like where I currently live at a lot more room!

My dad lives here. Its affordable of course, it's nice they finally have a on site shop to buy goods, but it took a long time for it to finally open. My biggest criticism is the flooring. Apparently it requires large plastic circular discs to be screwed down in the middle of the hallway every few feet or so. Most of them have been cracked along the edges leaving a jagged edge slightly raised. This seems as if it would pose a huge tripping hazard even for people who wouldnt have trouble walking, but most people here like my father are elderly, and if they are walking, wouldnt stand a chance if they were to trip on these.

They have remodeled the hallways and have gotten new flooring in the hallways great for the older generation and those that are handicapped

A bit small.. However.. Fresh paint on the walls in my apartment, brand new flooring, brand new stove... Carpet is being replaced in the halls, as well as fresh paint and repairs in the halls... New siding going up outside... New Mangment staff is on the ball...weeded those out that caused issues for everyone
