I’m not a resident, but two close friends of mine live at Triangle Terrace — and they are now being targeted and isolated by management. After I ended a personal friendship with a resident who is favored by the on-site manager, the manager called me to warn me not to associate with my two friends. Since then, she has: • Refused to speak to them unless spoken to first • Shared private information about them • Played a recorded conversation involving them to other residents • Allowed a clique of about 10 residents to monopolize shared spaces and isolate others ConAm management has refused to address these serious issues. This is a toxic environment for seniors, and it is completely unacceptable in HUD-subsidized housing. We are now pursuing legal remedies. I urge families to think twice before placing a loved one here
