I love Trevecca Headed into my 11th year here. MY HOME SWEET HOME.Our new manager Jamie Dowling is a great manager and person. I feel much safer, now that we have a Security Guard! Thanks Jamie for all you do. Our maintenance team are exceptional at keeping things repaired. Every staff member is friendly and helpful . Thanks guys for a job well done.

Well, I've only been here for 3 weeks and the Landlord is already being a capital B. She claims that I have been smoking crack in my apartment and that's a bold face lie. I don't drink liquor or do drugs ever in my life. They just aren't a part of me or life. And she can pee test me everyday of the rest of my life. How dare she. I could have smacked her down for that. Lots of picnic areas for reading & bbq. The grounds are extremely beautiful. My Great appreciation to Molly the Advocate on the bottom level she took some issues seriously, really, really appreciate her patience with a mess.

I have lived at Trevecca towers retirement home tower 1 since may Of 2021 and like my apartment but I Don't feel very safe living in the complex Because there are alot of dangerous Residents who live on premise so I try my best to stay away from those Who cause me to feel stressed. So far It's a blessing to have security guards on Premise. There are very few people that I trust

I’m very happy with Trevecca Towers, the rent is reasonable and the staff is very helpful with any thing you need, If there’s anything they can do to make you comfortable they’re happy to help. The maintenance men are there when needed but I have to say that I really appreciate the safety.

I have lived here for little over a year. I really like here. The staff is very nice and the other residents are nice as well. They are on top of making sure that they fix things in the apartments. The management is also care about their residents.

I lived in Nashville for 30+ years working in the music business but had to take early retirement due to illness. I moved back to my hometown Dayton, Ohio because I had to have major surgery on my spine and my family wanted me to be close by in case something happened and by being in Dayton it would be easier on them to get to me. That was in 2012. It's 2017 and I'm all healed up and ready to move back to Nashville. June Carter is my 3rd cousin. And I have several Carter Family cousins who live in Nashville. I'll be glad to see them again and play music. I knew about Trevecca Towers long ago and visited there many times. It is a very nice facility. I am in the process of moving from Dayton, Ohio back to Nashville. I've already been approved and finally got all the paperwork they need. I'm looking forward to living at Trevecca Towers.

I currently live in tower 2 and i have no complaints.its a very nice place.management and maintenance and housekeeping are very nice people.i was reading reviews where someone posted there is no security.that is completely false.security stations itself in the parking lot from 8pm-6am and there is campus security 24 hours a day.anyway overall is a very nice place to live in my opinion.

I have lived there going on three years l absolutely love it. It has a gym a grocery store right in the bldg. The prices are a bit high but if u don't have transportation then it is great. The residents are nosey but l stay to myself pretty much there is a church on the facility and it has washers and dryers on each floor. The staff is really polite.
