Horrible place don’t put your loved ones there. When they died the administration just lets the staff take the deceased things.

I could not ask for a more attentive and caring staff than what my Mom has at Thornwald currently, they truly care about the residents, not just a job. I've seen them hug, and cry with them at difficult times. I feel so confident letting them in charge of her. Recommend them over all else. We are blessed that she is in Thornwald.

So far, we have had no problems with the care, the attitudes, the food. Everyone clearly acts as though they love the residents and want the best for them. One person in charge went so far as to bring in a TV for a resident who was going to be without one for a week. That is going above and beyond.

Spent two weeks at Thornwald following total hip replacement and I couldn't be happier with the services or the staff. Everyone was courteous and made me feel like my comfort was their top priority.
