I’ve lived here 3 yrs now, and it’s very quiet and close to shopping, pharmacies, and more. Brandy is a very good manager and addresses all things that come up. Friendly people here, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have been living at Sunsacpe for 3 years now and I have experienced the good the bad and the ugly. But things are definitely looking up for us here now new owners and new manager. Brandy is the greatest she takes care of business she is down to earth but a no nonsense type of person. She can be seen on property doing ground work and in the office doing paper work. She is 100% the right person to run this property!!!!

I'm really impressed with INCE, they've been fixing up the property, we now have an outside grill, Which the last two building management companies we had, promise that they'll put one out and never did. INCE Keeps their word, there is no broken promises, the property manager and maintenance are the best we had in a very long time! INCE is constantly updating the amenities here, our current building manager Brandy is great, really kind really nice, she is awesome. The maintenance man that we have very knowledgible about his job, Derrick is really kind, always has a smile on his face and always does his job to the best of his abilities. Both are awesome and work really hard at improving our lives here! Keep up the good work guys we appreciate you more than you know!

I went there to see a tenant. The apartment is nice, the parking lot was clean. The complex is in a nice and quiet neighborhood but only actual minutes from, gas, grocery, restaurants, and main thoroughfares to travel to and from.

This is a quiet and pleasant location and just the right size for my needs. There is sometimes a problem with timely maintenance issues. Our manager is pleasant and easy to work with and does her job well. The problems are not her fault I am satisfied with my place here.

I have lived here for many years and I can honestly say it is one of the best places to live here in Abilene. It does not have all the most modern amenities, but it is in a good, quiet community. It is in walking distance to public transportation, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and much more. The management is always making improvements and trying hard to keep up with repairs. Whitney is our new manager and she is doing a great job.

I kind of have a very different view of this place. I lived there 11 years from 2011 to 2022. During that time a man was murdered two doors away from my apartment. Two buildings over from ours and lady was so severely burned she later died in Lubbock burn center when her apartment totally burned out. It took 5 fire trucks and blocking of both ends of the street. The fire was coming out of the roof above the heater location on a very cold night. But being there that long it was sold several times and very many managers. I would never go back there.

These apartments are so nice to live in, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Plus you have everything you need in this location. There is a waiting list however it is worth it. If you ever have a problem with anything Christina and her team will always get it done and check in on you. I hope to come back and live there again just get a bigger apartment next time

To the person saying to many old people walking around. For your information you all under 55 are the intruders. Thanks to housing allowing you ungrateful people to now come here. This was and should still be a 55 and over or young disabled adults. However I guess on that not you are qualified. As far as the place it's not bad not perfect but not bad either

Very nicely laid out and put together efficiently, only draw back is GPS will get you to the area but not the most reliable. You will need to be aware that all buildings are the exact same, (letters) on all buildings but the building numbers are not the same. I made that mistake also. Lol

We have a new manager, DeeDee, and I am very impressed with her. She is warm, accepting, and helpful. Welcome, DeeDee! Sunscape Apartments accepts pets, which was my most important need. I have an emotional support animal (ESA) I rescued once, but he rescues me every single day. If you have an ESA, be sure you have documentation from a physician or therapist, if you want the pet fees waived. The apartments are spacious, with an open floor plan, and plenty of storage space. I moved from a two story, two bedroom, two bath townhouse to a one bedroom, one bath apartment here at Sunscape Apartments. I easily managed to fit all my belongings in my apartment. (I am attaching photos) There are some repair issues management and maintenance are currently addressing. This is not uncommon; most every apartment in any complex has a few issues needing addressed when one moves in. The important aspect of reparation is how quickly these issues are addressed. The residents I've met, particularly my neighbors, are friendly and watch out for one another. Unlike some other places I've lived, I've not heard or seen a domestic disturbance or suspicious activity of any kind. I feel safe living at Sunscape Apartments. I would have given give stars if the apartments had dishwashers and laundry hookups. There is at laundry facility onsite.

I moved here in November 2019 with nothing but a suitcase and two cats. The morning I walked into my apartment after receiving my keys and signing the lease I walked into my living room and there was a couch in my living room courtesy of my property manager and maintenance man. I couldn't have been more humbled.!!! I have thanked them both, in written form as well as in person. Though couldn't of gotten two nicer people to go above and beyond to help me get in ASAP. I had been lost if I hadn't found this place!!!“’They've treated me with kindness and so much respect. Thank you just doesn't seem to cut it!’ friendly for real!!! xoxo.
