( * This Review isn't based on the facility or staff. There are issues with the city & surrounding business's. ) " We the People " need to get something done about the sidewalk issue, In front of Jade Bowl House. I have reported the issue to City of Gahanna several times as of Monday 9-30-24 on SeeClickFix & many months ago. As in 6 months to year or more. The sidewalk still hasn't been repaired. I have personally witnessed a Senior Man in a Motorized Electric Wheel Chair get stuck, Fresh Coffee from Speedway spilled on him, Also of frustration riding onto the street at risk of getting hit by a vehicle. With reason to believe damage was done to his transportation. Another Senior Man who was deaf & using a Rollator to assist walking, told me he had to travel through the parking lot to get to where he was going, to avoid the sidewalk Issue. Recently another man as i have been told, his Motorized Electric Wheel Chair Fell over & he was injured. All 3 Men Residing at ' National Church Residences - An Assisted Living Community: Stygler Commons. as Shown on Google Maps " There are several bars in the area. I haven't known of any issues with Dolphin Lounge. I have personally witnessed a Car & a Motorcycle running a red light, turning onto the opposite lanes S. E. corner of McDonald's, after Exiting the parking lot of the MUG, as i was walking E. to cross Stygler Rd. I was almost halfway across while these occurrence's happened.

My dear friend that I was oversseing her care lived here recently for several years. She was well cared for and I appreciated the dedication of the staff.

ABOVE AND BEYOND is an understantment when it comes to SAMANTHA!!! The only time I see her not smiling is when she's focused on doing something to help my grandmother smile. The world would be a better place with a few more million Sams running around the place
