I would love to live there I'm 64 yrs old and disabled my mother lived there for years before she passed away. I wish management would get back with me on here I'd love to find out what I need to do to get a apartment I can call home. I've lived in the apartment I'm in now for 10 yrs and it's getting bad and noisey I just want peace and quiet. Please get in touch with me.

It is a very nice place to live love it don't live there anymore but my grandmother still lives there if I could have stayed I would have but I want a housing program and had to move so sad and it's not just the senior citizens building it is also for people on disability I would always recommend anyone looking for a place to live that's not on the program to live there cuz they do work with your rent it is based on your income very nice and affordable the maintenance come when you need them to plenty of washers and dryers it has four floors to live oh, it's only a one bedroom but the no problem. The genie Commons next door has two and three bedrooms very highly recommended

It is a senior apartment complex. The tenants rent is according to their income. There is a new property manager who seems to address tenants issues. There are also buses to take residents to Dr appointments, stores etc. The complex is centrally located to stores and hospitals and there's a lot of restaurants nearby that deliver like Jets Pizza and others. Sadly cannot find anyone that delivers groceries to here.

There are also buses to take residents to Dr appt stores etc. The complex is centrally located to stores and hospitals.
