I lived in Spanish Village from 2016 to 2021---five happy years---and recently moved to be closer to family. The park-like surroundings are great for walking and golf cart evening rides. Park management keeps common areas in good shape and responds to residents' concerns. An ordinary day might include breakfast and lunch on the patio, a dip in the pool, a quick 5-minute run to the grocery store, a walk around the lake, and an afternoon visit with a neighbor. Evenings include Monday night bingo and many other enjoyable activities on other nights (as Covid restrictions allow.) If I ever have another opportunity, I would choose to live in Spanish Village again.

Lots of activies. Very friendly residents. Great.location convenient to the town of Leesburg, Clermont and FL Turnpike. Low for rent!

Just moved here and was the best decision made. Management made our move so easy and she was very accommodating. Our neighbors are friendly and welcoming. We have been here almost 2 full weeks and are loving every minute of it.
