I was fortunate to have found Scholl Canyon for my friend, Henry. I was sure this is where he needed to be after touring the first time. It's a family environment and it feels very homey. They offer so much for the residents in terms of activities, events and trips. The staff is kind and patient which is super important and they build relationships with the residents. I visited my friend several times a week for almost a year so I can attest to all of this. We were also fortunate to have met Naomi from Tender Loving Care at Scholl Canyon. She offers a number of caregiving services and has staff who really care. Henry really appreciated them and he always talked about how lucky he was that they took good care of him. I am super grateful for Scholl Canyon where he could be through hospice care and for Naomi and team for supporting him so kindly and patiently through end of life.

Paul and Eileen, management at Scholl Canyon, are the best! They are wonderful with my mother as well as the other residents because they accommodate their individual needs and do it with a smile. It takes a special personality and genuine love of seniors to be successful operating a senior facility. Paul and Eileen are quintessential stewards of the culture and happiness of the residents. I also wanted to acknowledge Naomi and her staff for the medical administration tasks they accomplish everyday. They are detailed, punctual, and the best First Alert when there are emergencies.

I am so happy we found this place five years ago for my mother-in-law. It is a wonderful facility with excellent, caring, and friendly staff. Paul and Eileen, the managers, are great! Naomi, of TLC, and her staff look after my mother-in-law, and offer us great peace of mind. My MIL is very happy here, and we know she is safe and well attended to. This place is the best!

Such a nice facility with the most incredibly sweet, caring and helpful staff. Owners take great pride in keeping the facility very clean. They have a fun activity calendar, nice library with a vast selection of books, beautiful movie room, prayer room, billiards room, outdoor garden space, beauty salon, work out room (with trained staff), and a lovely area for eating meals. All meals are served to you like at a nice restaurant. Every room in their apartments is equipped with a help pull cord in case of emergency, and they also have weekly nurse visits to help manage medications and take residents to/from doctor visits. Overall, it gives our family a great peace of mind knowing our loved one is going to be taken care of with such care and respect. Definitely recommend taking a tour and considering it for your loved one.

Staff stole clothing and priceless mementos from my 96 year old mother. Management didn't believe her and items never recovered. Mediocre at best but affordable so we had no choice. I regret putting her there but she's passed away after her foot was amputated (not at scholl) in hospital.

The staff here is exceptional. They were so helpful and understanding during a very difficult time with my mother. They genuinely do care. I am beyond appreciative for everything they did for our family. Wonderful people.

Finally somewhere i was..lol....i lived there for a year but had to leave due to high rent! Very sad as it was very nice and right down street to Glendale Adventist Hospital which i highly recommend!!
