I went to the apartment was adorable with fresh paint light French tan trimmed on white room was small but with excellent view.... .one bedroom came with a extra room you can use for a room or storage or both . Cute idea and kitchen had small fridge all looked like a doll house . Strict rules they follow for security reasons was impressed by that . Nice garden picnic area to sit at . Well maintained ! . I love the location location only 15 min from beach a cute park right out the front door . The small round one with a gazebo and benches all around to sit And police station is right next street so really it's pretty safe adorable place to live . And river walk also five min away may be ten.. nice size bathroom . But it's simple has Wi-Fi and a meeting room .. I ask residents if they like living there they all said yes.. not one said no but they did say best to be nice but stay more to yourself .. and that is usually where ever you live .. The Kitchen was tiny but you have all one needs to cook.. Apartment has white cabinets small fridge and dishwasher.. Apartment is adorable empty with Berber carpet .. if furnished and decorated it would be simple but cozy and with community space on first floor for activities and socialization

The Rose of Sharon' Apts are very nice and well taken care of, the amenities are exceptional with in house clean laundry facilities and in such a beautiful area. The staff there are very friendly and make you feel at home. I'm so looking forward to living there soon.
