I viewed this place with a family member. It seemed like a nice place to live. The property is listed as a smoke-free community. However, the apartment we viewed reeked of thirdhand smoke. We found nicotine residue on the pipes in the air return closet as well as on light fixtures. I'm sad it didn't work out.

Sad that my mother moved to wichita to end up alone in these apartments after living with us for so many years ,,,, wish there was some kind of a security officer driving around making sure there isn't anyone with bad intentions walking around ,,, while I was visiting I did see two young men hanging around for a long time and they didn't seem to be at any particular residenc
