Hopefully a studio will open up I'm on the waiting list and few want a studio, most a 1 bedroom apartment in over 16 years I only had one guest in my Venice Beach Apartment.

Beautiful property with lovely grounds.. One of the most brilliant oak trees I've seen in possibly ever. And the manager is sweet and kind. Would recommend to any one looking for senior affordable housing.
