It's a wonderful place to live and the staff are really Kool.... only thing that is not good is one tenent keeps posting things that are not ok..

Pros it's in Amherst neighborhood. Price is good. Apartment small. Maintenance is spotty. Manager is terrible. Charges fees with out telling you to your account. Write ups with no proof. Snake in the grass.

I am glad to be here with reasonable neighbors and calm surroundings. The management is nice. The maintenance is spot on with any need for repairs as well as groundskeeping, this is a wonderful safe environment.
