This is an edit of a review I did in 2023. At that time I gave 1 star because of ongoing problems that were not being taken care of or being taken seriously. Since that review things have changed for the better and now the staff are friendly and helpful. The ongoing issues are being addressed and consistently monitored. I think most anyone would enjoy living here. Probably the number one thing I see when new people arrive is they bring way to much stuff and overfill their apartment with furnishings. The apartments are not large but comfortable if setup properly. There are many activities and the people are friendly.

Anyone with disabilities considering living here should have a solid understanding that this is an independent living community. The management's only responsibility to the residents is to provide a clean and safe environment. Furthermore, residents are responsible for keeping their apartments clean...there are quarterly inspections for the first year. There is no smoking in the building but there is a designated smoking area outside. Depending on where your unit is located, if you want to smoke you may have to walk a ways. Most residents are friendly however you must be careful about what you say because there are ... let's just call them "informants" among us. They are the ones who seem disengaged and minding their own business however they are listening and as soon as you're gone they will run and tell management if they have heard something that raises concern.

One of the nicest, cleanest Independent Living facilities I’ve ever been in.. All the residents I have met seem very happy.. Staff seems to always be working to make things better..

Not sure why my previous rating showed two stars; this has been a great apartment and they have been doing what they can to keep residents safe during COVID. In low COVID months there are many planned activities.

I have friends who live here and one likened it to living in a prison. Also there's a lot of Iranians living there that seem to get preferential treatment. They did just do an expensive remodeling of the property.
