If you are looking for a nice place to live Miramar Plaza Apartments is a great place. Let me tell you about my experience living here for almost 3 years. When my husband was looking for a place for our family to settle. He found Miramar Apartments. Right away he said "This is the one" He told me he had found a very beautiful place. He showed me the pictures and I fell in love with it too. The apartment we rented had a very nice new appliances.The carpet were nice and clean. And the community was very welcoming. I remember the first time I took my kids to the grass area. All the kids from the other apartments came to say hi and played with my kids. We felt so welcomed and happy for moving here.The little park which is the middle of the apartments is always clean. My kids love to play there. I love the fitness room. The laundry room is open 24 hours, that is so convenient as a mom with little kids.The manager Justine is very professional and friendly. We love her! I see the Kids from other apartments run up to her to say hi. My kids do also and they love to give her hugs because she is so sweet and is respectful to everyone. I can't thank her enough for helping provide me with documentation my son needed for school. She isn't just a manager to me. I feel like she is a big sister to me, with all her wise words of wisdom and encouragement she gives me . And her understanding that we are all equal and different at the same time. Another reason that Miramar Apartments are so wonderful is maintenance crew. The maintenance person that helps me is Jose. He is like my second family. We go to him like I go to my brother for help. A woman in the office named Justine guided me through the tour, and her kindness and expertise truly stood out. I walked in without an appointment, hoping to get a tour. Although there were no available units to tour at the time, Justine still took the time to walk me around the property. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions made the process smooth and enjoyable. She provided detailed information about the various amenities, apartment layouts, and community features, ensuring I had a comprehensive understanding of what Miramar Plaza has to offer. The complex boasts a range of amenities, including a fitness center, a newly renovated clubhouse, a playground, and a cute picnic area, all of which Justine highlighted with enthusiasm. What really stood out was Justine's thorough knowledge of the property and her genuine passion for the community. She was able to provide insights into the neighborhood, local attractions, and even gave tips on the best nearby restaurants and shops. Her dedication to ensuring prospective tenants feel informed and comfortable is evident, and it significantly enhanced my visit.

A very comfortable and beautiful place, nice attentive and friendly staff. Especially the manager Justin she is very helpful. we lived in apartment 57. I saw a review in which my friend's name was mentioned as Sukhdev Singh this is a fake review.

Manager Justin is nice and highly responsible at work with a positive & sincere attitude. She addressed the plumbing issue at my unit even on the weekend (she coordinated with the plumber and got it fixed though it was not a working day). She is so friendly with children & my daughter likes her very much as she always wishes her with a smile & shows a kind of affection. Also, she greets us nicely with the most positive attitude whenever we see her in the Miramar premises. We noticed that Her plans look good with respect to improvements at Miramar (Gym, taking care of timely tree cutting, cleaning, addressing car parking lots' lights fixes, plan of replacing old stuff in old units to make tenants comfortable, etc.). Compared to earlier management, the current manager's working style looks good. We feel she is giving her best to Miramar in her possible limits. We sincerely appreciate her working style. Keep going!!

I am delighted with the new manager Justine and the maintenance crew. The team has been here for a short time but have seen lots of improvement already. I especially love that they are enforcing the rules. I see negative reviews, and I attribute it to people not liking change.

The current manager (Justine) was very helpful and friendly.. I’ve been living here for more than 15 years and my son went to kindergarten and finished his High school and i could say that this apartment and the area are totally safe to live with. On top of that, anything that need to get fix in the place, Just call the Justine and she’s always on top of it till it gets done.

I recently moved and I have never lived in such a nice place, the garden is beautiful, the neighborhood is friendly, the apartments are very new, great location and security. The community manager is very friendly and is always promoting events for the neighborhood and the leasing office has been very efficient in improving and solving all the problems of the condominium.

We stayed here for a 6 months lease and it was a good experience. The 1 bed apartment is well maintained and decently sized with storage in patio. Hanser, the manager is very good, he and the maintenance person address any issues immediately. Depending on the unit, it can be noisy during the evenings but overall a good experience. Our move out experience was also good and we were refunded the full deposit within a week of move out which is atypical in the bay area.

I lived here in the 90s and I'm really impressed with all the progress the community has at this moment. Management and especially Mr. Hernandez who gave me a tour last week on a one bedroom apartment was great. Looking forward to live here again.
