My mother was a resident for the final years of her life. I thank God that my sister discovered Marydale, allowing us to relocate our mother from Philadelphia. The staff is warm and caring. Her neighbors were engaged and friendly. It truly is a little piece of paradise. Thank you so much for all that you do.

My sister has all the accomodations she needs ..and serri to call to in case she cant make it to the phone...perfect shes happy with her plants and crafts n especially her neighbors and community affairs..cutest porches for lounging on those warm summer days to sit n chat with friends. AND PARKING IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE...QUIET COMMUNITY. OUR ELDERS DESERVE THIS TYPE OF LIVING INDEPENDENTLY.

My mother lived here for several years before she passed. She truly enjoyed her independence and she loved this community. Everyone was so nice, from the office staff to her neighbors. I am actually thinking about putting my name on the list as I approach my senior yrs. The community and office staff was extremely helpful after my mother's passing. I would recommend them highly.

It's a lovely little community and the grounds are kept clean. The staff and management are wonderful people that really go out of their way to assist you, no matter what you need. It's a nice place to live.

This is senior subsidized housing but have been here two years and have no sense it’s a compromise. All units were refurbished completely - I was the first person to live in my unit. 630 sq ft isn’t huge but certainly comfortable. All units are 1 BR, eat in kitchen, room off the kitchen that holds w/d and I use for a pantry. Large storage closet, coat closet and BR closet. Central A/C, ceiling fan and porch. Grounds are nicely maintained and some community activities. Lovely place to live!
