My sister moved into Martin Ave apartments last November. I visit with her there quite often. Martin Ave Apts has a sense of belonging and community. Feels comfortable. Residents and staff are fun and welcoming. There are holiday gatherings and daily activities and a bus for shopping 4 days a week. I think Martin Ave apartments is a great place to live!

My mother has been at Martin for a few months and it has been fantastic! The activities they provide are designed to stimulate the body and mind which my mom loves. The people there are all very friendly and the staff is top notch, always greeting you with a smile and very attentive to the needs of the residents.

My mother in law moved in about 3 months ago. We couldn't be happier with Martin Ave. Everyone is always smiling and happy to say hello. There are so many activities and special events to keep everyone engaged. Bridgette is such a pleasure and always willing to chat and get to know everyone there. We feel like we are family when there. Charity, Melissa, and Steve have been wonderful. They go out of their way to help. It's extremely well run and I feel blessed to have my mom in law there. The residents are wonderful and I've enjoyed getting to know them. Can't say enough wonderful things!! Everything is clean, well maintained, decorated beautifully. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

The employees here are helpful and always willing to help. I like the activities that are offered here. I like the weekly breakfast that is offered. The Maintenance crew and Social Worker are fantastic! Karen always makes the building look good!

It's a great place to live! The staff here is excellent! They are kind to all the residents and it is very affordable. They have a small bus to take you shopping and other outings at no cost.

I'm very satisfied with Martin Avenue Apartments. The staff is very helpful from Tony down to Missy. My one bedroom apartment is very comfortable and I like the privacy I have with the view. I am very impressed with the appearance of the common area and the Bistro Kitchen. My visitors are always impressed when they visit.

I have been here at Martin Ave Apts for 3 years and so thankful to be in an independent senior living environment where the company is constantly investing in our well being providing many fun opportunities with activities and programs for social connection. I moved into the Martin Ave Apts. in January 2021 and absolutely love this place! By living independently in my own beautiful apartment I am able to have peaceful solitude in my home and when l want to be with the many friends l have made living here we can be together whenever we want. Lasting relationships have formed here and also l am able to be actively involved in my church which is a few miles away from home. The staff is very friendly, easily accessible and has never failed to accommodate any needs or concerns regarding any issue and resolved them expeditiously and in a timely manner. The facilities are clean and l love the exercise room and they offer many exercise classes and health related activities. The Activities Director provides many diverse and interesting things to keep us entertained and we also have an opportunity to enjoy " Bistro Friday " where friends come to Coffee Klatch and munch on breakfast goodies galore. We have a lovely and spacious Courtyard where we can gather outside and BBQ on the grills which makes the residents feel like it's their own backyard. I highly recommend what l consider to be my home and am blessed to be a resident there!

I love living at Martin Ave Apartments. The front entrance is quite attractive. It is similar to a high quality hotel. Always decorated for the current holiday or season, it is quite welcoming. One will immediately notice how clean and well kept the building is. The first floor has a library nook, 3 sitting areas, a large multi-purpose room and a nice size Bistro. The amount of activities here are amazing. Monthly we have a birthday lunch. We have seasonal entertainment. Holidays are wonderfully celebrated with parties. We frequently have some type of entertainment. We have two exercise classes per week. The large room is also used for lectures, monthly town halls and guest presentations. The Bistro is home to "Bistro Friday " residents are invited to join in for a continental breakfast every Friday morning. It is a great opportunity to socialize with other residents and get to know them. On the lower level is an exercise room and another large room. The room is used frequently. One day arts and crafts may be going on, another day a movie may be showing and yet another day the VNA might be down there to take vitals or administer vaccinations. You may be thinking all of these activities might be quite expensive. That is not the case. We are never charged for any activities. Another nice amenity is the Martin Ave bus. It takes residents to grocery shops, restaurants and special events. To look out the window and see our beautiful patio is amazing. It is large with beautiful plants and trees. The furniture is very comfortable. One can use one of the three grills out there. During the summer we have activities out there as well. It was fun to see a movie outdoors with comfortable chairs and free snacks! My apartment is wonderful. It is the perfect size. There is plenty of closet space and a nice large bathroom with a walk in shower .Safety bars are throughout the bathroom . The wooden floors are easy to keep clean. I am thrilled with it. Having the laundry room down the hall is great. I have a beautiful view of downtown Naperville. It is so wonderful to have the Riverwalk, Library and Senior Center just down the road. If one goes south, you'll find a pharmacy, florist, hair salon , a restaurant, 2 grocery stores and a Great Harvest all in one shopping center. Personally, I like shopping there because Trader Joe's is a favorite store. Last but vitally important is the staff. They are kind and professional. They are very invested in keeping Martin Ave Apartments a sensational place to live. They are readily available to residents and active in the day to day happenings here.

My wife and I have been lucky to live Martin Avenue Apartment for over 20 years. Our apartments is a very lovely place to live. Great management staff and maintenances, beautiful , safe and clean environment. A lot of activities make us a opportunity to social and communication with neighbor together. Great environment—great amenities! A common area, a Great Room for entertainment and a variety of activities——for example, bingo, poker nights, exercise sessions to name a few. Weekly shopping trips for groceries. Special meals for holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas. Friday morning continental breakfasts. This is an amazing facility!

The staff here are very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. There is so many events here to sign up for whether it be playing bingo, going to an exercise class, learning and updating on senior service in and around Naperville. We even have a bus at Martin to take us to several events in and around Naperville including grocery stores and Fox Valley Mall. And most of all you find new friends to visit with without going outside. I cannot believe how happy and at peace I fill living here.

I have enjoyed living at Martin Ave Apartments for the past three years and look forward to many more. I was fortunate to move in right after the completion of the new building and the remodeling of the old building. It is a beautiful place to live and is affordable! As I see it, Friendly, community minded residents and a hardworking Management Team are two of the factors contributing to the overall enjoyment and success of Martin Ave Apartments. Additionally, the ongoing involvement of the Board of Directors and the Naperville Community at Large contribute a great deal to every day life at Martin Ave Apartments. Nothing happens by accident!

I love Martin Avenue!! I am cool in the summer and warm in the winter! My best apartment ever! Great neighbors and activities galore! Super staff always helpful and approachable. and beautiful! Very clean inside and out. Perfect Naperville location close to The Riverwalk and "downtown". Grocery shopping available 4 times a week. I am very happy here.

I appreciate social, sports and exercise programs. The staff and maintenance crew are quick to respond to requests for assistance and service. Items taken up at town hall meeting are promptly addressed and solved. I love our open air mini park. The Friday morning coffee,pastry and fresh fruits is excellent, it's the highlight of my week.

I've been very fortunate to live here in this safe, beautiful & clean apartment complex for almost 4 years. I am happy to be self sufficient and able to live alone. The staff take great care of us and kept us safe in the pandemic. The board & staff create wonderful celebrations and respond to us in monthly Town Hall meetings. Martin Avenue Apartments is a very lovely place to live. I've been here now for maybe 2 years. The people are amazing. The place is well attended to. If anything needs to be fixed, you let them know and they will handle it on the double. Fast results. I love being here so relaxing.
