Elizabeth is A good person And a great manager. Also, the rest of the maintenance and office staff are very friendly And good at their jobs as well. As a single father with three autistic children, I am very grateful for my apartment as well as I am happy with it. I haven’t had too many problems and the ones I did have was promptly addressed by Elizabeth and she always did it with the smile on her face and in quick response.

I would like to say 2026 London square apartments has hired a wonderful property manager Elizabeth that care's about her job and not the pay check she is doing what the other's should have done cleaned up the property and a lot of the tenants let's not forget about Derek and Carlos maintenance for fixing everything that needs fixing making it livable again give y'all's self's a pat on the back for bringing your community back to life. P.S. we need a play area for the children if possible thank y'all for the good job you are doing

Management is nice, They got me a unit when I needed it the most. However, when I first moved in I was told no pets were allowed, but it seems everyone in the building has dogs and the apartments do not enforce that people pick up their dog’s feces. I constantly have several piles of large dog feces in front of my unit and it’s absolutely disgusting. Every time I walk outside the smell hits me instantly not to mention the flies that accumulate because of it. I really wish they would enforce that people pick up after their animals.

Unfortunately, being new to the complex, I didn't have the emergency number for this weekend's air conditioner outage. I left a message on the front office phone; Friday. But, I am very thankful that you guys came in on Monday, and your response was extremely prompt! I was given an emergency number for future issues. Thank you!

I've been here 7mo. as of yesterday, and I'm finally seeing results. Finally a management team that get things done! Jordan & Jeri are on top of EVERYTHING I've been practically begging the last managers to do for MONTHS. I'm so happy to have Jordan, & Jeri here in the leasing office. OMGeeee! I wish they were here from the start of my experience. These ladies, and the maintenance ALL work so hard TOGETHER for it to only be a small team. They don't play, and they're doing such a great job cleaning up the complex, and getting rid of problematic people. I'm finally at peace, and feel comfortable calling this place home.
