Beautiful community, has such a nice serene setting. Everyone here that we meet are so nice and friendly. It is nice quiet and peaceful. There is post office box by the main building where they also hold different activities. My Uncle and Aunt love here and we love going to visit. It is a great gated community. And it is close to restaurants and shopping. Uber will also deliver here if you order from them.

Very nice, double-wide manufactured housing huddled close together neatly. Not perfect but pretty well kept homes. Didn't get a chance to see the pool or the clubhouse. HOA has a group to ensure that small codes ( grass maintenance mainly) are observed. Nice oak trees in some areas. I'd say middle class families and retirees.

Nice park..friendly...close to the freeway....60 mi. from either Atlantic Ocean or Gulf of Mexico. New shopping area.....lots of great restaurants. FLEA market...reasonable home prices. No state income taxes. Gated community and 2 miles from a Reginal hospital and Watson Clinic....all great doctors. Pets welcomed.

A great community we're neighbors always wave to each other. this is a great place to live as everybody gets along and it's a wonderful place to live. It reminds me of the small town I grew up in. This is a place where neighbors become friends.
