The community I live in a residential area call Black Jack although I don't know many of my neighbors, it has few things I enjoy the swimming pool the laundry and walking to Walgreens Family Dollar I walk alot so I can get to see the homes and people the staff here are wonder full helpful and I love them well-maintained and get the gate fixs so we can be more secure

We have lived here for more than 2 years. They have treated us more than fair. When things break they fixed it right away. Pleasant ,kind and always ready to help. Property Manager Erika Waisner is awesome.

I had to give stars just to ask a question..how much is 2 and 3 bedroom apartments?

My daughter lived here for about a year. 4 story floors were suspended in mid-air and we had to cross over a wooden bridge onto a wooden deck and you can see down to each floor whenever I would visit and it seemed like the planks were loose so I was always the a little scared crossings the bridge and going up the stairs. Winter was hard because everything was outside so ice and snow made it worse, And my daughter was pregnant at the time I was glad when she moved.

Been here for three years and I love it. They send out a news letter at the beginning of every month. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner. No they don't answer their office phone very much, but they do call you back in a timely manner. The walk ways and the grounds could be cleaned more often and the children are a little rowdy sometimes. But other than that everything is great.
