We moved my Mother-in-law into John Knox Towers last February. For the price, we were very impressed. The apartment was nice. The location is AMAZING, in the heart of Ghent, and its shares a parking lot with Harris Teeter (super convenient) This is also very close to Norfolk General Hospital. Having said all of that, what really made the experience special was the staff - they are THE MOST caring people. They knew every resident personally and truly cared about them. Every employee was a pleasure to know. We are so thankful we chose John Knox Towers!

Because they care about each and every individual that lives there the staff is amazing and truly wonderful the manager of the property takes good care of everyone there and there is always great activities going on for those that may be lonely
