Some apartments are roach and mice infested. People in certain areas of the community do not put their trash in the dumpsters. Been around to certain buildings, and some tenants leave their trash at their front doors or leave streams of stuff on the floor. In certain units, the air conditioners do not get maintenance until they fully break down, can only say this for all Units. Some people are friendly and nice, others are rude and have no respect. People smoke weed and cigarettes around the complex, inside the buildings, or in the parking lots, so non-smokers beware. Even if windows are closed, you'll be affected by it. Rooms are ok size living areas are big kitchen is small and dining is part of it. Some units have closets in the hallway, and in the bedrooms, bathrooms are comfortable enough. Another bad issue is stolen orders have been reported around the community. It's not a huge problem because some neighbors/tenants watch out for each other.

When I first moved in in 1993 everything was better. Then it went downhill.. but I must say since Anna Gomez came onboard she making every effort to fix things again and is very helpful and very kind to me.. we need more anna's
