Nice place to live, they have done a lot of upgrading, some overnight security staff not doing their jobs, the youths from Covenant House in our park area, as well as people off the street whom don't read the No trespassing signs, Pass advice seem to think it's a public park, they can come and smoke drink and leave their drug paraphernalia on benches and ground. Security and Management have been made aware, The lights in the courtyard needs to be addressed Peco was made aware, because lights out in the courtyard is a big safety issue, other than that it's a very nice place to reside, staff are friendly and do listen to the Residents concerns.
