I can't say enough about the quality of services and staff at Inspire Sandhills. The maintenance staff exceed all expectations every day. The facility is always clean, well maintained and issues are addressed promptly and completely. I would say that the corporate accounting system is way below standards; billing errors, failure to respond to email issues. On-site staff handle issues quickly but the system they're provided is an impediment

55+ Apartment Complex in Sandhill's. I was tired of paying the extra expenses that came with a home in a HOA run community. I was introduced to INSPIRE by a friend. Upon viewing the Complex, I was in love. From the street level you don't see or feel the CHARM the complex has to offer. I was given a tour of the numerous amenities. I couldn't have found a better place to live. This place offers too much to mention. Drop by and get a tour. 440 TOWN CENTER PL, COLUMBIA, 29229.

My mom really has loved this community. Im so grateful we found her a comfortable, safe location after my Dad passed. The community and staff have really helped Mom feel confident and comfortable beginning her new chapter. Thanks Inspire!

Somehow, the one lady doing the tours got double booked. The other family got there minutes before we did. We ended up waiting 2hrs just to go on the tour! If I had known it was going to be that long, we would have went exploring. The lady kept saying she would be right with us every time she walked by. We were scared that if we left, she would be helping someone else when we got back. I drove up an hour and a half in a rush to be able to get there on time. It was very frustrating. However, when we finally got to go on the tour, and see all they have to offer, we were very impressed. The rooms are clean and bright. Kitchens are beautiful. They really have a lot of accommodations in one spot. One other thing, the prices on the website are wrong. The explanation of why that is; is confusing to say the least.

I visited here with my Mother to navigate the surroundings and the offerings so that my mom could have a beautiful community to be a part of and the staff was absolutely incredible. They were Informative, accommodating, kind and their follow up was awesome. This community offers so much! A salon onsite, a sheltered pool equipped w/ water aerobics classes, a great place to have lunch & dinner onsite that's affordable! They make the activities available on the screens that lace the property so that residents are fully informed about what is taking place every single day. I am super excited for my mom to be a part of this active adult community this year! Thanks Emilia- you've been amazing!
