My in-laws have lived here for seven years. From independent living in house to rehab & nursing care, the care and nurses and staff are professional and very caring. We feel blessed that they have been so well cared for.

I visited my sister, who has lived there for some years. We are both in our 80s. It was my first time there. The facility was clean and well kept. There was evidence of many activities available. The only reason I withheld one star was that she mentioned some intermittent problems with electricity, water leaks, etc. My sister is happy there, and as she has always been very perceptive, that makes it great in my eyes.

I pick up 94 year old friend who can no longer drive. Be advised... they have a new process for entering their grounds. They put your name and phone number into their system and assign you a number. Be advised it can slow entry, especially if several in like ahead of you.

I delivered from Perkins pharmacy there. from the time you come through the gates the friendliness of all the guards and each one of the buildings and the receptionist and the nursing staff everything about it is absolutely perfect to me I'd love to work there. the nursing office is what I dealt with mostly and those ladies are spot on absolutely nice friendly kind place to be. Including Willowbrook and the staff at the front door they let you in just very very very kind people.

If anyone ever needs a place for a beloved family member to Move to if they need long term care this is the place to go. Staff is extremely attentive. Everything is so clean and beautiful here. The Residents are so well taken care of by everyone here. I am an independent contractor who comes into the facility for employment. This facility is doing everything possible to ensure the safety of the residents during The pandemic.

My husband and I have lived here in an apartment for 55 months. I believe that Acts gave us a straight story of what they offer in the three environments of independent living, assisted living, and skilled care. I believe that they try very hard to be transparent about ongoing changes and expenses. Their focus is on loving kindness in all endeavors. The employees are outstanding in carrying out this model. Now a non-driver, I am thankful for the complimentary bus service that is offered for doctor visits, shopping tours, and mall trips. Management is open to new ventures and ideas, and follows through on individual suggestions . Their preparation and conduct for a hurricane threat conveys such assurance that no one need worry. My calendar is as full as I want it to be with exercise opportunities and social events. I am blessed to have all these advantages. We have never regretted our decision.

I deliver here often for a private mail carrier. This place seems lovely for the residents, however navigation to individual apartment through the community was very complex and disorienting. It would be helpful to have navigation maps somewhere on the wall, near entrances/elevator/etc. also, please dedicate a secure room for mail delivery to be stored. There is high risk of theft due to high foot traffic through the interconnected community.

My grandmother moved in after my grandpa passed. She has made new friends through the many different activities offered. She regularly utilizes the transport they offer to go shopping, to the doctor, and to see friends. The staff is friendly and attentive. There are rooms that can be reserved for special events by residents. We were impressed by the variety of options for care offered, ranging from houses (separate buildings) to hospice care. It is pet friendly, which I know is very important to some of the residents.
