I believe the most important part of anywhere you live is the staff from the manager to maintenance and everyone in between. Everyone's been very kind to me including the residents..They're all really wonderful people.. I am very pleased with my apartment. And I highly recommend Hugh Ash Manor to anyone 62 or older seeking a pleasant community to live in. Being on a Fixed income myself, I find the rent very affordable. I really don't understand how anyone can give a review here any less than five stars. Every apartment complex has little problems here and there, but at Hugh Ash Manor, we are lucky to have an angel here who takes care of everything and his name is even Angel Thank you, Josh, Leslie, Angel, Angela, Marianne and everyone else on the staff For going above and beyond my expectations and making me feel accepted. I have a new Permanent home.

The people who run this place are the nicest! They really care about the residents and treat them like their own family. My mother stayed there for a few months. The place is clean and cute and everyone looks nice. You can tell they really enjoy living here!

I recently went to see Hugh Ash Manor myself and I was very pleased. I picked up an application and looked around as much as I could as Tyler was busy. I was especially interested in the comment someone made about sharing bathrooms. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Every apartment whether efficiency, 1 bedroom or 2 bedrooms has it's own bathroom. I hope to live here because it's a warm comfortable place.

If u own next to nothing ,single and willing to hand over all your financial info to them and share the bathroom with other residents and pray they are neat and NOT sick then this is the dump for you
