For the last 2 years it was hell here. The manager would turn her lights off and shut the door. She was so mean she wouldn't listen to you. Her way or the hwy. Everyone was miserable here and I mean everyone. People were getting evicted for the wrong reason. Can you imagine losing your home! Especially in this economy. Then we got this bright cherry young lady that will talk to you and is willing to work things out with you. It's so nice to have someone so pleasant. She is even willing to let us do extra activities. Maybe a dance in the works. I hope we can see many cheerful days to come.

A quite clean place to live. Manager Kerry is is friendly and careing. She is helpful and goes out of her way to solve any problems that arise. The Appartment sizes are perfect for one person. The building is clean and well mantained. The rent price Is good for a person who is retired on SS . It is perfect for one person. I have been here since 2017 and wouldn't think of moving.
