We have been residents at Villas at Carrington Square for a whole year, I just finished renewing for another year, and it has been amazing! Huge shoutout to Maria, Justin, LeeAnn, and Damon! Maria has been a gem since the moment I inquired about the apartments. Justin and Damon from maintenance are always quick to fix any issues that arise. The amenities here are fantastic! I enjoy the community events they host. Oh, and the landscape all around is just breathtaking. The neighbors are friendly, the location is prime. These apartments truly feel like townhomes, not just apartments, making it the perfect place to call home. I hardly ever leave reviews, but there is no way I can't leave a review for this place, I highly recommend them. My brother and his girlfriend are moving in a month, they also fell in love with this place. My heartfelt thanks go out again to Maria, Justin, LeeAnn, and Damon for making my experience wonderful, they are so kind and fun to talk to!

I would recommend the Villas at Carrington Square to everyone! I just moved in a week ago. Maria was wonderful in helping us get all our paper in and helping with anything we needed. We had something with our carpet and the entire staff got on it right away and made sure it was corrected promptly and to MY convenience! The grounds are beautiful! When I look out my living room or patio I feel like I'm in a park!

Great place to live! The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is always polite and do a great job. I love that the unit has a washer and dryer. I love all the greenery when walking my dog.

We lived there for almost 4 years and loved it! Such a great community and very helpful and kind staff. Maria and Melody are amazing! Justin with maitnence was always quick to respond/be over to fix things if we needed it. They always went above and beyond to help if there was ever an issue. The area is nice and they keep the complex well-maintained. Highly recommend these apartments!

We live facing 137th St. and I am always amazed as people walk their dogs how diligent the owners are at picking up their dogs droppings! Our complex has one of the prettiest green areas in the area I think, and with everyone helping to keep it clean it will remain that way! Also, I love to sit on my patio and watch the kids across the street play ball - esp the little ones! My own ballgame entertainment free for the watching!!

First off, we love this area of Overland Park. It's close to a great walking/bike trail, a park & a lot of restaurants. A few things I will touch on as we lived here for over 2 years. The apartments are older and outdated. Don't be fooled by the fancy new clubhouse. The pool area is decent & they do work diligently to make sure it stays open & is maintained. The thing that ruined it for us was the harrassment on multiple occasions by the maintenance employee that watches over the trash compacter. He even took pictures of us dumping our trash & threatened to call the police on us because he thought we did not live there. This was after we informed him of what apartment we were in & offered to provide evidence. He also berated us for parking a car along the curb while we were moving in. We let it go the first few times but after these issues were brought to management's attention, they acknowledged that they had similar issues with this employee previously. Yes, he's still employed there. They will nickel and dime you for EVERY little thing whenever you move out, so be cautious whenever you are thinking about your security deposit options.

Hello, my name is Johnathon. Currently I am very happy with my new residency here. I have lived here for 2 months so I cannot attest to all the good A place such as this has to offer. Maria was and still is a great resource and approachable representative to speak with, any and all questions or hiccups that came up were taken care of in a clear and concise manner. The villas does a very good job at making you feel welcome. I received a gift basket with cleaning supplies upon moving in. The gym is great, I find I can do just about everything I need to in order to stay in shape. The pool is a welcome sight to see after a hard days work. There is a trash compactor dumpster, so you can be sure the discarding of waste will never be a problem. The Villas at Carrington Square presents well and makes good on the service it provides. You can be sure that your money is well spent and your home, wether short or long term will be more than pleasant and well remembered.

I love it here I like it here it's so prestigious and picturesque it is the best ever and the best area I have ever been in and been at and I love it and I really would like to stay here for a long time not just my 13 months lease I like everything about it everybody is nice everybody is friendly it's not no real Ralph is very very overly clean well put together the maintenance people is superb they are super they're the best ever they get things done ASAP without leg or justifying and making excuses everybody at the office including my main girl Maria and my other main girl I forgot her name sorry no disrespect but she know who she is when I came in and signed through papers everybody is the best and Maria you can go on ahead and sign the least forever lol and don't forget about the security and grounds keepers etc. And if you want to be somewhere picturesque and the most luxury villas that's VERY reasonable and know that you are very secured all around it most definitely no other place I would want to be but here at home sweet hom

I have been living at the Villas at Carrington Square for 3 years and truly enjoy it here. It's the best apartment/home community I have lived in. The maintenance is speedy and always excellent service. The homes are spacious but very affordable. I recommend this place to all my friends. I would never hesitate to contact the front office for anything as they always take care of me.

I recently moved into Villas at Carrington square apartments. So far the community was great. The Leasing Consultant @Maria Cornelius was just awesome. She is been very patient answering all my questions and helped me get the apartment. The leasing process was all online and was pretty smooth. So far we have no issues .If I run into any, I will update my review. Once again thanks to Maria for all the help . we hope to enjoy our stay here .

I have lived here for a year and absolutely love it! Great community and nice neighbors. Staff is very attentive and quick to respond to any maintenance concerns. I am planning to move out of the country but will return and I plan to call Villas at Carrington Square home again. Be sure to meet Robin, she is very helpful and knowledgeable, plus a nice person.

Look no further for a great place to call home. Compared to the apartments I used to live at on Holmes Road, this was a much needed upgrade. As a JCCC first year automotive student, I am 10 minutes away from school, 5 away from a chick fil a, and there are plenty of jobs hiring around. Rent is much cheaper than many surrounding places, was accepted immediately and move in was easy. Good communication from management when I had any questions. The best part of it is the garage, having that extra space connected to your apartment is a blessing (Especially for automotive students). My neighbor's are all car guys and we all get along 🙂 Maintenance has also been really friendly and get things done. The only complaint I have is the grouchy old man above my garage stomping every time I use a power tool, even in the middle of broad daylight. Other than that, for any college student, this is the place you want

This is a wonderful place to live, as it is very safe and kept up so well! The maintenance team are on top of things and respond quickly to any requests you may have. I hope you get to meet ROBIN BALDRIDGE the assistant manager because she is great! Robin knows how to be both professional and personable and shows a kind caring heart to those she serves daily! I've lived at Villas at Carrington Square now for about three years and I'm so glad I made it my home. The staff are amazing and are always available to answer my questions and help me with maintenance requests or basic inquiries. The property itself is stunning, and the upkeep is very impressive. I've never been and never will be disappointed with the quality of Villas at Carrington Square, I only wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

We have lived at the Villas for a few months and have had only a positive experience! Their maintenance is very responsive and it is the most dog friendly apartment location I have lived in! The office staff has always been great to work with from move-in to something as simple as picking up your package! Great place to live!

When we moved in with our 10 week old baby, our apartment smelled bad. We picked up our keys just before the office closed so couldn't let them know until the next day. The apartment also wasn't painted well, with splotchy paint and visible nail holes in every room. Then during our first full weekend, the already malfunctioning doorbell literally fell off and we found it on ground when someone used it who left a flyer on our door. The same weekend, the shower curtain rods fell and the first time I loaded the dishwasher to use it I couldn't because the part that keeps the soap in wouldn't stay closed. The smell was taken care of by Tues after we moved in Sat. They had to flush a drain twice for it to go away. Our friends helping us move smelled it too. They are still getting back to us about the painting situation, but resolved the rest of the issues quickly. This is not how any resident wants to start their lease at a new apartment. I'm giving a 2 rating because Mark in maintenance is friendly and Maria in the office is very nice. We are reasonable, nice people and are willing to allow this place and the staff to change our minds about them, but so far this is by far the worse experience we've ever had when moving to a new place.

We were lucky to find an opening last year and jumped at the chance to live here. The units are spacious with a great layout and high quality amenities. Management staff is great to work with and very responsive. It's a great location and pet friendly is a huge bonus!

Lovely, quiet, simple place to cal home. We've got pets, kids, and tons of friendly faces. The apartments are beautiful. We've got a little playground for the little ones. Walking paths for our furry babies, and ourselves. The staff is full of fun, outgoing, smiling people! The maintenance team is full of helpful folks who make sure you feel like their number 1 priority. The landscape of our complex is always a beautiful sight and well taken care of. Summertime the best place to be is to be poolside, using the grill, and relaxing with our neighbors. Never have I ever come upon any issues. I love calling Villas at Carrington Square my home!!

After a great deal of apartment hunting I was told about villas at Carrington square. The leasing agents where very caring and went out of their way to help me with my time frame. The maintenance staff is on the ball and always working hard for even the smallest things. For these reasons and many more i highly recommend these apartments.

My husband and I are very happy with our apt. at VCS. Our two bedroom apt. is more like a small house than an apt. We moved here in July 2016 and a larger two bedroom was not available. So we rented a smaller two bedroom. Melody told us that after 6 months if a large one was available we could move. She kept her word and we are now on a first floor large two bedroom. We love it!! The staff at VCS are very friendly and take care of any problem immediately. We are happy to call VCS our home.

By far one of the nicest properties in Overland Park!! Clean, up to date and nicely located to local amenities and shopping. The office staff was nothing short of A-MAZING. They helped us in every aspect and even then some. The welcome packet we received with our new home was awesome and very thoughtful.
