It's a noisy place here and the assistant manager isn't very friendly, They don't have a buetician anymore for some reason and they should really get another one. They don't have the small table upstairs that went by the windows and two chairs still are there. They got rid of the vending machine that had sandwiches and cold food in it. And no more change machine downstairs to get quarters for laundry which they should have gotten fixed. I also think that the floors upstairs should be replaced like the ones downstairs. Some of the green doors shut to loudly and people shut there doors to hard here.People are not very friendly here and i was told be the manager here that i would be getting a new sink faucet and a new screen door for my balcony. I also want a new heater for my bathroom but i feel like i may not be getting one in the near future.

I disagree with the negative reviews here. Office ladies have been kind and helpful to me. They DO NOT allow street drugs in or near the property, not even weed. As long as you dont cause problems, follow the rules on the lease and just be freindly or avoid those who upset you. You are fine here. These are actually one of the best HUD apartments. And their background checks are strict. I like the fact i dont have to worry about druggies, criminals or kids screaming here. Its nice and quiet. Even my sister Bonnie was impressed abd shes fussy!

no toni bradly is so wrong it's offensive. there are no drugs in the parking lot... this place is quiet and a close knit community. with all kinds of interesting people. it often times feels like a collage dorm situation. it's a fantastic place. it's very clean amd well run. and it's handled being a 50 year old structure well. the maintenance engineer and management stay on top of everything they're made aware of and they do so quicky. this place is bug free. you know how hard that is? they have an actual pest control company come do preventative services. oh, and I'm sorry, not sorry but the ladies in the office are funny. good at their job. and care. I've never had a single problem here ... and I have been told I can be problematic on occasion. thanks Lori and Debbie. sorry but. I actually live here and Im proud to call this my home. I see how things are and I will not let slanderous gossip from unpleasant people go unchallenged.

The management is amazing they go through hell and seem to still be able to smile and keep an awesome and business attitude and make sure you feel welcome. They also including the amazing maintenance staff check with you from time to time to ensure that everything is working and if there's anything they're allowed to do for you and if it is possible they will help you out to the best of their ability. I would like to thank all of the Glenwood staff for all they do to make life a little easier and more comfortable for so many of Tulsa's senior community

Staff has been great to me. As with anywhere you live you gotta be careful who you associate with and who you trust. Thankfully I've found a few I can trust that help me with my cat when I'm in a hospital sometimes for weeks not just quick 2 or 3 day stays. The only thing is that I wish there was a pool, but understandably with it being for handicap, elderly or disabled I get it being a safety concern; altho there is things could be done to ensure a safe pool these days.... Another thing is I wish that my rent payment which comes straight from my bank account each month would be able to build my credit score. I've been here from March 2014 to now and I don't see myself moving anytime soon if ever They have security that watches the lots at night... they are not expected which makes it harder for criminals to plan a break in based on timed patrols. If I need something I just let the manager or assistant manager know, or tell the answer service person if after hours or if they are busy and can't answer the phone, most times it is completed the same day. They have courtesy staff which help in times the office is closed; from a leaking toliet, burned out bulb, if I accidently pull the pull cords they come running to check on me. I had asked about handicap apt possibly to move to and the manager said only efficiency apt available and wouldn't be ready for awhile, but she and her staff got it done in 2 weeks and let me look at it. Unfortunately it was a much smaller unit than what I'm in and not as much storage so I chose not to move to it. Plus I've got my support that helps with my cat in the building I'm in and I don't want to lose that. However, I did like the kitchen being wider than mine If it wasnt for my neighbor taking care of my cat when i in a hospital i would move in a heartbeat.

I love this place the staff are very friendly and if you have a problem there great about fixing everything they spray for bugs every 2 to 3 months so there are no Roach's here

Don't like their policy on how they write people. They get one side instead of both sides like they say in your first interview when signing lease. People there need to grow up and act like adults and stop causing problems. Other then that it is a great place to live
