No family here..but i do know some of the staff. Haven't experienced anything negative so far.

my mom spent the last 12 years of her life at Friends. She progressed from apartment to assisted living to skilled care. I found the staff to be caring and supportive not only to my mom but to me as well. She was well cared for, kept clean and well fed. She always said she was glad SHE chose Friends Homes Guilford.
