I have been selling homes in this park for the last 4 years and have seen nothing but improvements each year. It is a beautiful park with winding roads and gorgeous large Oak trees. The homes are spread out so you have plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors without a nosy neighbor staring at you. It reminds me more of a quaint little neighborhood than a mobile home park. Convenient to everything and on the best side of town. Great investment area too. Come see Foxwood Farms ...it will win you over with its Florida charm

This place is great! My grandparents just moved in, and we love how much it feels like a neighborhood. All the homes look nice, and the roads and driveways are all clean. The people are friendly. Overall, a great experience.

They need "SEVERE HELP" when it comes to having manicured lawns & flowerbeds. And, the run-down old mobile homes scattered throughout the community need to be pulled. These formentioned things definitely make the community look "TRASHY". However, the folks that live there are quite cordial & there's always something going on, as it's a 55+ active community.

We enjoy living here. It's quite a friendly 55+ community offering plenty of adult activities for those looking to stay busy. It's convenient to shopping, restaurants, & the Equestrian Center. Our only complaint would be the Yard Service they use is very lacking.

We recently moved to Ocala, Florida, and searched many, many communities in the Marion and Lake counties area. After looking at a dozen or more communities, we found that Foxwood Farms has the perfect blend of features for a 55+ park. The homes are well-kept, the lots are very large and most shaded with large towering oaks, the rents are reasonable. The residents are very friendly, multiple activities at two facilities, two pools. The new management is responsive, very friendly and top notch. In all, we could not have found a better, pet-friendly choice in a manufactured retirement community.

Nice quaint, quiet and friendly little trailer park located in a semi-private area off the beaten path.. This is I believe a 55+ community but I see people living there that are younger than that, so I could be wrong. You have to travel a road that goes for about a half mile through a wooded area to gain entry to the development and because of this, won't see any people passing through that aren't a resident or friends of a resident. It has 2 stores (Dollar general and family dollar) that are located just outside the development at the front of the entry road and are within walking distance. Just in case you can't drive, it's a nice convenient thing to have available. It seems like a good place to live and has most of the amenities that a retirement community would have for the residents. A pool and clubhouse are on premise and some social/gaming activities as well. I think it has an office/headmaster located there for anyone looking to get info on the Foxwood Farms area or has an issue that needs to be resolved.

Terrible management, no support from corporate ELS, lawn maintenance is a joke, I can't count the amount of times I've talked to my single 76 year old mother who lives there and she is on a boil water notice. They make no improvements, rent out properties to people who do not take care of them, keep no promises, yet continue to increase lot rent every year. If it weren't for the people in the community there would be no reason for her to stay. It is very disappointing. There is so much potential for it to be a wonderful place to live. If only the owners (ELS) cared a little bit more about the people than they do their paychecks.
