I have lived at these apartments that stand on the border of Pennypack Park for almost three years now. I am on the fourth floor with a view from window that I have wanted all my life. Almost every night and day I get to see Nature's beauty.. whether it's the change of seasons or the wildlife that comes into the grassy area in back of the building. Next door there is a school and it is pleasant to hear the children's voices as they socialize in their play areas.

I have lived here since April 1st of this year and so far every thing has been great. The office staff is very nice and answers all my questions and is very good at their jobs. A specific shout-out to Amy Palumbo, I hope I spelled her name right, she does a terrific job handling the day to day situations which occur. The maintenance staff is very good, John and his crew do a remarkable job fixing and maintaining the building and the surrounding premises. Hats off to everyone who works at Samuel Tabas. Oh, I almost forgot to mention our Activities Coordinator, Kelly, what a nice lady, always a smile and friendly hello when you bump into her. She does an excellent job on a daily basis. Last but not least, Mariel, she also deserves high marks for the excellent work she does on a daily basis. Mariel answers all my questions with a smile on her face. I think she does a great job. Hats off to all! Five stars for the whole staff! Keep up the great work!

I lived here since July. I am very very happy here. It's a beautiful kept building thanks to maintenance. Sorry I don't know all their names. The women in the office are hard workers. And again I apologize for not knowing all their names. I do know Amy and Kelly two great women. It took a little bit to get in here but well worth the wait. Thank you everyone! I am forever grateful!

My grandfather stayed here for the last 4 years of his life. From the conversations my mother had with the staff over the years I can tell that they were helpful and provided a great environment where my grandfather could spend his final years.
