I have been here since June the staff here are absolutely great they really take good care of you and your needs . The food here is the worst food I have ever had very greasy over peppered and very spicy our food comes cold lots of times or you don't get what you ask for they definitely do not pay attention to the menu of the resident they have an alternative menu that they don't follow there food is so bad I buy my own I have been to a nursing home twice in the past for care after surgery and the food is the only thing that good staff at the other place was Rude not answering call lights sitting there asses at the nurses station just terrible You will not find that a Enumclaw rehabilitation and health as I said in the beginning this place is great and you can't beat the care that you receive here . I would definitely recommended it here and put family members in her as I know they are in good hands .

My sister has lived here for almost 4 years. I don't think I could find a better fit for her. She keeps as active as she wants and has made many friends with both patients and staff. She is pretty picky about what she eats and is a diabetic but they work with her and always find something she can eat. They work with the kidney dialyses center to get her to and from her appointments and see that she has meals before she gets on the bus. I have meet most of the staff and they are friendly, and processional.

Residents have been complaining as to the items they have been selecting from their weekly menu not being what they have asked for. Such as items being served that the resident said on their menu they don't want or items not being served at all that the resident specified. If item are substituted, residents are not being notified of the changes. Not enough staffing for the proper care of the residents. Things need to change. I am a mandated reporter and it is my job to report these discrepancies to the Adult Protection Services and to DSHS if these discrepancies are not dealt with. I will also file a report with the Critical Response Unit.

The staff is very helpful, friendly and resprecful. My aunts only complaint when she has coughing spell (coughing up phelm) she doesn't want to disturb other in the lunchroom at meal time. Otherwise is is very pleased with the duties of everyone.

We placed my loved one here for rehab and they have been absolutely amazing. They have gotten him up and moving more than we believed he would be able. The staff is very friendly and management is quick to help whenever needed. I will recommend this facility to all my friends and family when they need a place to go.

I used to work here as a housekeeper. The nursing staff is quite rude, and would always attempt to get housekeeping to do jobs outside their work description, once I even told a nurse who was the union rep for the company no and I was told that unlike me, CNA's actually have important things to do unlike me. Constantly understaffed, I was also the first employee to get covid. I was out of work for a month because my son caught it from me. I was out of sick pay and wasn't offered any sort of financial help because I was 2 months short of a year there. When I came back I wasn't aware of the protocol changes that happened when covid struck hard and had the nursing manager yell at me and belittle me in the hallway. After my shift I quit. I miss the residents but majority of the staff were terrible. I hope by now, years later, it has improved.

My grandmother was at this facility for a few months. My family and I came in and out at all hours of the day and the front desk was always nice to us. I saw alot of different nurses since we came during all shifts and all were very friendly. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for short term/long term placement.

I'm the Activities Director in this facility. We have a lot of activities to offer to our residents with different interests, preferences and abilities. We have group, individual and 1:1 activities of choice. Every week we do an outing; shopping, restaurants, local entertainment, beauty salon, parks, to name a few. Every month we have a Birthday party and a pizza party. This month, Mayor Jan Molinaro joined us for our pizza party. We were honoured to have him join us. Resident's Council meetings and gardening with the company, Elder Grow are held each month. We have a few live concerts each month, which are enjoyed by all. Antique Show and Art Show are two more special events that our residents get to experience. We have a beautician come in for "Hair Cut Day", once a month. The residents really look forward to getting a fresh clean look. We have Chaplain and Spiritual Catholic visits on a weekly basis. We are offering a church service with our Activities Assistant/Minister Laurie Kizziah every week. Everyone is welcome to play with us when we are having activities; Bingo, Karaoke, Singing, Sports, Balloon Volleyball, Bowling, Cooking, American Sign Language Class, Jewellery, Knitting,Crochet, and more... We want our residents to be healthy, happy and busy with favourite activities.

I have to say being someone who has had experience working in nursing home and now being a patient that this is by far the nicest place I have ever been in there staff are all amazing and on point. I have to say that one stood out from the rest and his name is Noah he was a young man who does the activity:s for all the residents and one on one care he will go far in life he has a very wise soul. Kathy, she is a head nurse was amazing she works so hard and will forever have a special place iny heart.

They are amazing and spoke to Davea on the phone and is super friendly, helpful, has a great attitude with a bright and bubbly personality who helped to make sure my dad got the attention he needed and deserved and I can't thank her enough for that.

Enumclaw is a great experience for residents and staff! Supportive managers, caring staff that are always giving great care as the last two days of heat wave hit the staff ran around filling waters, giving out juice popsicles and snacks! So wonderful seeing everyone pitching in to keep everyone hydrated!

Can i just say its already hard to have to leave your loved one in the care of others that you dont know and feel comfortable with it, but Admissions has made it so wonderful and has definitely reassured us in making the right choice. My grandmother has been a resident at this facility for sometime but in the last year the management has completely changed and my grandmother has had lots of positive things to say about the change. This place is fabulous! My Dad has been a resident for quite some time and the people here take great care of him. I'm December I came to see him for the Christmas dinner and he would not go down to the dining room to eat because they were serving alcohol so they made trays for my Dad and I and served us in a little nook by the nurses station. A little while later a nurse came by, told me my Dad's watch wasn't working and offered to take it and buy a new battery for it! Yep you read that right! Danielle, Kim, Stephanie and the entire crew are all vet caring and professional. It never smells bad in this facility and when I asked for pain meds on a separate occasion they gave them to my Dad quickly. My aunt and Dad's baby sister cane to visit from Kansas and she is a stickler and has been a nurse for 40 years and she thought this facility was a good one!

My 92-year-old Dad came here for rehab from a lengthy hospital stay and decided he didn't want to leave. The Staff here walked us (and at times carried us) through rehab, a variety of serious health issues, and ultimately my Dad's passing and always with Dad's best interests at heart. Dad was here for a year and a half, and the care he received was above and beyond what would be expected. The Staff became our friends and we felt like part of the EHRC family. I highly recommend this facility.
