This place is amazing. I shouldn't be saying this out loud but The pool is the most amazing thing I've ever seen for a trailer park. And before you say anything, yes they do like being called trailer parks and before you say anything, yes they do like being called trailer parks! If you're in Florida visiting you have to come to this pool if you're a local, you know what I'm talking about. Free popsicles inside full gym, kitchen library Darts pool table they encourage you bring your dog to the pool area. Very pet friendly. I didn't even have to use a leash with my two dogs. While bicycling through the Park is also a treat. People will stop you to tell you how wonderful you are and give you free water and Gatorades. I suggest bring fireworks real Patriots live here American flag. Been using their air pump

I've had a bad experience since the passing of my mother last year in November and as I said I've had nowhere to stay I'm on social Security Disability so it's been hard for me to find a place due to rents being to high for me to afford

I’ve been here for 10 years. I’m happy here. It’s very quiet. The present office gals address all concerns. I have no problems with them. Pay your rent on time and all is well. I also have some good neighbors. There are always going to be one or two that you wish would relocate but then no place is perfect ‘

I just adore this place! My BFF has her home there it's the happiest cutest place most of her neighbors are pretty awesome if it wasn't 45 plus and I could have my 20 year old daughter spend her summer vacations with me I would probably buy there also but only because my BFF lives there

This is a nice laid back park with not a lot of strict rules and/or management bothering you. There are daily activities and holiday parties going on if you choose to participate. The club house, pool and hot tub are adequate for enjoyment.

Age restricted Mobile home Comunity.. We lo e it here. Alwsys maintained nicly. Grest size pool with hot jacuzzi available to residents and their guest.. The ground keeper guys very friendly and office manager and other office personal they are extremly pleasant. Homes for sale at fair prices. Lit rent affordable. The club house has a mefia room and workout room . several event and activities something for everyone! I see my husband snd i wil retire here! Blessings to all

Although I stayed in one of my friend's unit for a couple of nights; there are zero-signs stating if you park on the street after Midnight, you will get your vehicle towed. That's not what I wanted to do for the morning after. And no-where at the office, does it say that. U had to call the towing company, from a one of only two signs in the park ’
