EVERY member of your staff from the front desk clerk, to the nurses and aides, to the janitorial staff was friendly and helpful. I would like to say thank you to the memory care unit staff at Downtown Health and Rehab for the caring people they are. I have been out to over 30 different nursing facilities and I have never been in a memory care unit that was so clean and residence were nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and could answer every question I had about my person. Downtown please show love to the staff in the memory care unit because they are the BEST! Thanks Ladies!

I'm hospice and to come across nurses that do actually care about patient care and patients as a whole is rare these days. I've had the privilege to work with a nurse by the name of Becky Cox RN she goes above and beyond for my Patient and the love she shows is incredible. The patients love her she's always bubbly and laughs which is what we need more of! Thank you Becky for all you do it's always appreciated!!!!!

I've spent 6 weeks @ dthr.when I got here, I couldn't do anything. Now I can move around and do more than I thought I could do. I love the therapy dept. Rehab depth has good staff and they go above and beyond.

I am a state worker that is housed in Downtown Health and Rehab. I am been here 13 years and I believe they have the most amazing staff. They go above and beyond for the residents. They also treat the residents like family. They will laugh with and cry with them. They take the time to get to know the residents and their families. You would be lucky to have you family member in their care.

My Dad has been at Downtown Health and Rehabilitation since November 2021. They have staff that care for my Dad and all the other patients well being some go above and beyond in making sure everyone is taken care of. I have to tell you that Delisa and Karen are the best ever I can't tell you what it means to have them at this facility they are genuine. Delisa takes care of everyone she may work by herself but gets the job done and sometime does a double and her attitude doesn't change, my father and my family are blessed to have her there. Karen is the best I love how she works. She cares of all the people here, treats them like family , love hearing her call my dad papi. They also have an administrative that is so awesome , any concerns I may have she gets to it right away. Her name is Ms D. Doesn't matter what time it is she will call or text to let me know she will handle it. Thank you so much for looking after my Dad .

This is a grest facility. I met some really nice people my first day here. Camisha gave me so many wonderful Christmas gifts. Im leaving this place nice and warm and in style. The Social Worker, Alisa was nice and helpful. Rosario is the best nurse e ver.

My Father Is A Resident At Down Town Health & Rehab" The Staff Has Went Above and Beyond' To Help When It Come To His Care We Understand, You All Get Busy & Even Work Short. I am a student physical therapist who has just completed their clinical rotation at Downtown Health and Rehab. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have met a great team who puts patients needs above their own. Although most of my time was spent with the physical therapists, I was able to collaborate with other disciplines within the company such as, physical therapist assistants, speech therapist, occupational therapist, nurses, aides, etc. Everyone does an outstanding job with every person and patient that enters the facility. If there are any issues that need addressing, it is done diligently and in a timely manner. If you are hesitant with sending loved ones here or if you are just unsure of a great nursing home, look no further, I can assure you, they are in good hands and will be taken care of. I would like to personally thank the entire DTHR team for making this a great experience for me, as well as others.

The staff is working hard to care for the residents. It's a thankless job filled with pointless complaints. My advice to anyone with petty complaints or feedback is to evaluate what you could be doing differently for your loved ones before attacking a paid professional for not being attentive enough. It's so easy to not be hard on ourselves.

Michele and Kristina in the business office were very friendly and made helping my dad get Medicaid very easy. They helped take the stress off me and my siblings. They walked us through the process and helped us with everything to get my dad approved. I would like to commend the staff on their efforts during this difficult time the COVID pandemic has caused. I know its difficult to try and keep everything moving smoothly but they have done an amazing job to make my dad feel at home.

Everytime I come to this Facility everyone is extremely nice and helpful. The activity director, nurses, CNA's and the people on the front door. I have observed staff going beyond to help a client. The facility and the client's rooms are always clean. This is one of my favorite places to visit weekly.

I accredit THtE DHRC with saving my life. I had a nfection that was weakening & threatened my life and I didnt want to be there. The entire facility staff embraced Me & iit was here that I decided to pursue my Masters as a Physician Shouts out to Jason ,Donna, Deidra The CNAs the CNA staff, The social workers, thanks ladies, The Maintenance Department & everybody else. I was a patient here for 11 months. The staff were very friendly and caring. I made a full recovery and was able to get back on my feet and back to work. The activity director Camisha was very spirited and upbeat and always had something planned for us to do. The DON and unit managers were exceptional and supervise a great group of nurses. They really treat you like family! I still stop by from time to time when I'm not busy with work. This is a wonderful facility!

Old facility. Staff I've spoken with were nice. Patients DO NOT HAVE PHONES unless family installs one. Very frustrating not to be unable to contact loved ones.

We are not the newest building or have all the fancies that some building might have However our quality of care is amazing!!
