I initially had some doubts about choosing this facility for my grandmother. However, my skepticism was quickly dispelled by the outstanding care and love she has received. The staff here have truly proven to be the best choice for her. They have created a warm and welcoming environment where she feels completely at home. Their dedication and compassion have exceeded all my expectations, and I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care they provide. Baba Dora is thriving and happy, and I couldn't have asked for more.

The staff is very kind and welcoming, and you can sell that they truly care for her patient however the facility is old and rundown, and there's not a very much outside room for the resident to enjoy. There is a patio but currently it's usable due to the amount of leaves And lack of comfortable seating. The grounds are very nice and the landscaping is well up. There is not a walking path, which would be very nice for the residence as well. However, the kind staff is worth overlooking a couple of negativ

My family member is currently a patient and I am pleased with the care that they give. They do have a DON and ADON that cares and administrator that I am comfortable with them with My CHILD. All the Nurse assistants are caring. Thank you to ALL the staff for the care.

My family member lived here while on the vent. CNAs were to be desired . But RNs and RTs were absolutely amazing. I had all questions asked and when I needed something they were on top of if. Tara and Delia were great and fun to talk with.

Can't say enough about the staff and how they treat their residents. They genuinely care and it shows in the level of care they give. That's hard in today's workforce since nurses in general are hard to come by. Keep up the good work!

My mother has been there for a month and today was my first time visiting. This is what i noticed upon arrival. Nobody is ever at the reception desk to let you in or out, you stand there for at least 10 min before someone shows up. Once inside noone tells you how to get around they are to busy chatting amongst themselves. Once i found my moms room first thing i noticed was side of the room was in disarray. Things still packed up. Room and items not arranged to make it easier for her to assets her items. Once i got things organized i pushed call button not only to see how long it takes for someone to show up but also because there was a problem with the tv. Took about 30 min before someone showed up and the tv doesnt work. Hasn't worked in days. Room floor could use a good mopping. Food looked horrible but mom said it wasn't to bad today. Morning and night staff seem not to communicate. Ask morning nurse one thing got answer night nurse says something else. I know this is just the beginning and they are still learning her but if things dont change they will see me more often and i would look into moving her elsewhere. Mom passed 2 weeks after this post. Love u mommy

ViaQuest has partnered with Park Terrace to provide MH services. I have had the privilege to travel to Park Terrace the past few days from Cincinnati, and have not felt anything but welcomed by the staff. They are just a wealth of knowledge- to Laurie (DON), Porsche (SW), Melissa And Shannon (nurses) and the administration department! All I can say is, it's just really nice to feel apart of your team. I'm really excited to see our partnership continue. I look forward to visit again (soon)!!!

I have worked in the Dialysis Center now for 4 years and Park Terrace is improving significantly since the new management and I enjoy working here. The staff is awesome and very helpful. Have just celebrated my 1 year anniversary as DON at Park Terrace. We have seen so many positive changes here. Park Terrace is well on its to being the facility of choice for the Toledo area. Looking forward to what 2023 is going to bring.

My grandmother was at Darlington for about 18 months until her death about 20 years ago. She received quality care while there. The staff was friendly with us and treated my grandmother very well. When I'd come to visit her, the staff would have her up, dressed and ready for the day. I truly appreciated that. I felt very good about her being there.

So far so good!!! First, this is the 7th AL or LTC facility I've dealt with in some capacity over the past 7 years regarding my mom. I can see the vision of the new ownership and leadership team coming to fruition. At the end of the day, the things that matter most are meeting my expectations. #1 Mom is safe. And, I have confidence in the facility's protocols for maintaining her safety. 2. Mom is calm and has days filled with activities driven by professionals in all necessary roles (from nurses, aides, therapy to social) who compassionately care for her and use patience, kindness and empathy in their words and tone. 3. Her medical needs are met and the business office is on top of things and makes the process seamless. And, even better, I have not yet heard a complaint about the food. We're still in the honeymoon phase, coming to the end of our first month, but I am SO grateful already that I have faith things will continue in the right direction

I have worked in healthcare for 15+ years and I have never known somewhere that takes the residents on so many outings and have such nice parties. They go to the zoo, metroparks, the fair, antiquing, shopping, canal boat rides, baseball games.... My Stepdad was in this place for 7-8 months. The care was not good. his call light would be on for hours at a time, some days they didn't even get him out of bed. They were always shorthanded, there were a lot of other problems that I'm not going to try to write. During his stay, there were 3 different Administrators. None of them seem to be able to get the facility to a proper functioning state. The current administrator is a highly motivated individual and a very caring person. I wish her every success in her new job.

Upon arrival you have you have to wait at least 10 minutes before someone let you in. My mom asked for eye drops for my sister, but never got them. When you ask for something or need something you are given the excuse how short staffed they are, but yet you see the staff sitting on their phones and call lights lite up (smh). Do people not care about their jobs and people that depend on them?

This facility is now Park Terrace and altho the office staff will tell you they are working on an issue, it never gets resolved. I have a family member who has had more clothes missing than I can keep track of. I can't count how many packs of new socks I've had to buy him bcuz laundry has "lost" his even with his name on them all. - The food is awful and kitchen staff rude. Can't get my family member out soon enough!!! They won't even turn the AC on. Residents are all sweating. But they'll have it on in their offices. Sad.

Darlington has transitioned to Park Terrace Nursing and Rehabilitation. I have found that they are working extremely hard to make the place welcoming and open to the community. It is clean in the inside and does not smell. Residents appear to be happy and like it there.
